The hotel is very cosmopolitan the clienteles are mostly international. The service is excellent and the view is fantastic on a clear Day you can see Mount Fuji. The breakfast buffet is good but he’s too busy for my liking.

Sehr kleines Hotel, ca. vier Stockwerke, die Rezeption fühlt sich immer als eine Operation, aber 4 Leute treffen 々, lachen nicht, viele gute Leute. Das Zimmer ist neu. Ein Mensch schläft für kleine Zwecke ohne Probleme. Die unabhängige Klimaanlage ist sehr gut und schläft sehr komfortabel. Nur das Dach des Schlafzimmers ist sehr niedrig und muss in der Wäsche sitzen. Ich finde, die unter 170 cm sind unkomfortabel. Neben dem Supermarkt. Auf etwa drei Minuten zu Fuß, gibt es Rosen am Ausgang 11 der Station des Wangshan. Es gibt viele koreanische Restaurants.

This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

Over the past decade, I stayed at this hotel multiple times for work. It being a fairly expensive hotel, I typically wouldn't pick for a family trip. In this case, I'm very glad I did. We picked the Grand Hyatt because it gave us the confidence they would be able to meet our dietary needs (celiac disease - gluten free diet) without too much issues. They more than delivered on this. We paid extra for a Club level room, so breakfast an an afternoon snack were included. To our delight, the Club staff was able to accommodate our dietary needs and provided gluten free bread during our stay. They also helped us identify all buffet food that was safe to eat for us. All in all, awesome experience. Highly recommended for everyone, but in particular for anyone with dietary needs.

Das Zimmer ist mittelgroß und bietet einen unvergleichlichen Blick auf die Regenbogenbrücke. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist für diese Zimmerkategorie sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Abendessen im Hotel ist sehr praktisch. Vom Pier im Erdgeschoss können Sie eine Kreuzfahrt zur Bucht von Tokio unternehmen. Die Umgebung ist ruhiger und sauberer als das Stadtzentrum und eignet sich daher für einen Freizeiturlaub. Auch die Fahrt mit dem Taxi nach Ginza ist sehr kostengünstig. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Shuttlebus nach Hamamatsucho. Wenn Sie ankommen, nehmen Sie den Expresszug vom Flughafen Haneda direkt zum Bahnhof Hamamatsucho. Nach dem Aussteigen ist es sehr bequem, zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Hotel zu laufen. Die sonstigen Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind durchschnittlich und entsprechen dem Preis eines gewöhnlichen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Das Servicepersonal in der Lobby ist sehr enthusiastisch und proaktiv, insbesondere der Lobbymanager mit europäischem Gesicht, wodurch sich die Leute wohl und warm fühlen☺️

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, aber es ist kein Problem, alleine zu bleiben. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt und durch Badezimmerutensilien ersetzt Sehr gut, hahaha. Neben dem Hotel gibt es ein köstliches Soba, das mit nur 500 bis 600 Yen für eine Schüssel Nudeln sehr günstig ist, und die Deluxe-Version kostet nur 800 bis 900 Yen Wichtig ist, dass es früh öffnet, nämlich um 7 Uhr! ! ! Geeignet für Chinesen, die frühstücken möchten, hahaha. Ich könnte das nächste Mal hier übernachten. Es ist ziemlich praktisch, überall hinzugehen. Die U-Bahn-Station ist direkt gegenüber.

Ginza Capital Akane war eine Unterkunft mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist etwas veraltet, die Kissen sind etwas härter, als ich es gerne hätte, und die Klimaanlage/Heizung funktioniert nicht besonders gut, aber das waren nur kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten. Das Hotel war sauber und das Frühstück war mehr als anständig. Es ist auch zu Fuß vom nächsten Bahnhof und einer Reihe von Lebensmittelgeschäften zu erreichen.

Excellent, clean hotel located near Haneda Airport. Friendly, helpful staff and a buffet breakfast is available for a very reasonable price. The rates were very reasonable and the room was nicely sized. The free shuttle to Haneda was very convenient
