Von Anfang an war es schlecht. Sie hatten nicht unsere Reservierung. Wir kamen um 15 Uhr an und bekamen das Zimmer erst um 16 Uhr. Im Zimmer gab es kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen, der Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage funktionierten nicht. Sie haben uns nachts um 12 Uhr gewechselt, weil sie alles reparieren wollten, was aber nicht geschah.
Sie berechneten uns 26 Euro für die Kurtaxe, während auf dem Voucher 10 Euro standen.
Beim Frühstück versuchten sie zweimal, uns rauszuschmeißen (wir hatten Frühstück inklusive).
Als es Zeit war zu gehen, wollten sie die 100 Euro Kaution für das Frühstück und eine weitere Schlägerei einsammeln.
Kurz gesagt: Eine sehr unhöfliche Rezeptionistin, die uns sagte, dass wir uns für den geringen Betrag, den wir bezahlten, nicht beschweren könnten. Das Zimmer, in das sie uns verlegt hatten, hatte Schimmel an der Wand, etwas Ungesundes, die Badezimmerlampe war kaputt und ein Duschhahn, aus dem Wasser lief. Ein mit 4 Sternen katalogisiertes Ruinengebäude, das alle davon übrig hat. Albanien ist ein Ort mit sehr freundlichen Menschen und dieser Ort lenkt von allem ab, was wir in diesem Land gefunden haben: Sie lachten jedes Mal, wenn wir vorbeikamen, auf Albanisch, damit wir sie nicht verstanden, Zimmer, die eher wie Hütten sind, um Touristen und ein Personal zu betrügen Chabacano, das mit einer Kreditkarte funktioniert, mit einzigartigen Wechselkursen von Lek zu Euro, die es nicht einmal in Wucherwechselstuben gibt. Ich empfehle diesen Abwasserkanal niemandem. Eine eher unangenehme Erfahrung mit Situationen, die an Betrug grenzen. Ich grüße Sie und hoffe, dass Ihnen diese unangenehme Erfahrung erspart bleibt.

Das Personal an der Rezeption des Hotels stellte mir einige persönliche Fragen, wie zum Beispiel: In welchem Land habe ich gelebt, bevor ich nach Albanien gekommen bin? arbeitest du da? Es gab andere Hotelangestellte, die mich fragten, ob ich verheiratet sei oder nicht. Meiner Meinung nach sollte das Personal eines 4-Sterne-Hotels kein privates Gespräch mit den Gästen führen, aber das Personal dieses 4-Sterne-Hotels führt ein Gespräch mit mir, das mir das Gefühl gibt, dass dies kein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist, Es ist eine Jugendherberge, es ist sehr locker, was du sagen willst und was du sagen willst, du denkst nicht an deine berufliche Position und deinen Anlass.
Die Baustelle liegt direkt vor dem Zimmer, in dem ich wohne. Manchmal wird die ganze Nacht bis morgens um 5 Uhr gebaut, und ich kann überhaupt nicht schlafen. Die Regierung von Albanien hat ihnen erlaubt, mitten in der Nacht zu bauen, man kann sich vorstellen, was das für eine Regierung ist und was für ein Land das ist.

I was supposed to stay at this hotel, but as it was full we were sent to Eurostar, so this review is directly for Eurostar but indirectly for this hotel, as they belong to the same group, they share the same employers and they are one in front of the other.
So, the grade would have been different, if at the moment of check out we wouldnt have been stolen.
At the moment of checking out, in fact, the staff accused us to have consumed a small bottled wine (priced 12.5€). According to them, the bottle had been opened (but not consumed). It would have been very stupid to open a bottle but not drinking it, do you agree? Moreover there is a supermarket straight in front of the hotel. But what clearly proves that we were stolen is that we checked out at 9.50 and they complained of this bottle straight after: the fridge was full of a lot of products and it would have been hard to find that the bottle was open at a first glance, some time would have been needed. And they didnt use this time. To sum up, the hotel is not terribile, expecially if you take it at a good price, but watch out. We won't come back.

The worries hotel I have seen ever, the room not prepared good and the furniture is dilapidated, there is no free parking lot and the staff here not helpful at all and the manger mistreated the customers.

I arrived after booking online and the receptionist immediately demanded more than double what I'd already paid. After about an hour of argument they admitted that their fine print said they would demand a smaller surcharge. This is very sneaky behaviour in and if itself, as the total should be included on the ******* receipt.
Next, while the booking stated I had access to the pool area, the staff told me that it was 'closed' and wouldn't open until well after checkout the next day. Doubtful in the extreme. The room had a broken AC, so they moved me to a room with a stinking bathroom drain. Don't be fooled by the promotional images, this place sucks.

The stench coming from the open drain in the toilet in the room was appalling, considering this is a 4 star hotel, i was requested to pay extra to watch TV, which i declined! The staff are very unfriendly, unhelpful, on entry to the hotel i had to pay 5000 lek as a local tax for a 9 night stay as well as £100 to cover any possible damages!, the rooms Aare very basic, unclean AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE

Worst place ever. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. ********** PLEASE TAKE OFF WEBSITE.
No running water. No flush. Stank of stale cooking oil.
Handle had fallen off window which kept banging wide open ( on 12th floor!)
Lights flickering badly, electrics faulty
Beds broken and mattresses sunken and ruined
Mould on walls and ceiling
No advertised leisure facilities
We checked out after one night and went elsewhere and other people were doing the same. Girl on reception was really rude. Told us she knew it was bad but there was nothing she could do about it and it was bad for her too! Told us she'd had a bad day and to leave her alone, she didn't care! She was aggressive and dismissive.
We have videos of everything, including the reception staff. This hotel is NOT good as the reviews here suggest- search it elsewhere. The website and reviews on here are lies. We need a refund.
