I recently stayed at the Egnatia Palace Hotel & Spa and it was an extraordinary experience. The elegant lobby, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional staff made me feel like a VIP guest from the moment I arrived.
The hotel's spa was a serene oasis of relaxation.
The skilled therapists and serene ambiance made every moment a pure delight. I left feeling completely pampered and refreshed. The accommodations were luxurious, with immaculate cleanliness and tasteful decor.
It was the perfect retreat after exploring the city.
Overall, my experience at the Egnatia Palace Hotel & Spa exceeded all expectations.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην πιο κεντρική τοποθεσία στην Εγνατία στο ύψος της Αριστοτελους. Παρόλα αυτά έχει παρά πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση και ο υπνος ειναι σαν να κοιμασαι στην εξοχή. Όλα ήταν στα πόδια σου. Το δωμάτιο ήταν το 104 σουίτα. Ήταν παρά πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και μοντέρνο, με γεμάτο minibar και πολλά είδη μπάνιου. Μου δόθηκε δώρο ένα 10 λεπτό μασάζ καλωσορίσματος, το οποίο ήταν καταπληκτικό. Ο Δημητρης που μου έκανε το μασάζ, με ξενάγησε στο χώρο του σπα, τον οποίο απόλαυσα και μου πρότεινε μια θεραπεία προσώπου, την οποία έκανα την επόμενη ημέρα και πραγματικά ήταν καταπληκτική. Το πρωινό επαρκές. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Η διαμονή μου στη Θεσσαλονίκη ομόρφυνε με την παραμονή μου σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.

Wir waren zwischen dem 19.12.21 und dem 24.12.21 bei Ihnen. Wir waren 4 Paare und wollten uns persönlich bei Ihnen bedanken. Zunächst zum Personal an der Rezeption, alle sind wirklich wunderbar und charmant mit einem hohen Sinn für Service und über den Erwartungen. Die Einstellung war persönlich und freundlich zu jedem einzelnen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ... super und sauber. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Zimmer wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht, der Pool. Der Whirlpool. Und das Spa war sauber und perfekt, sogar das Personal dort war geduldig und nett. Wir haben keine Worte, wie wir es zugeben müssen, einfach wirklich perfekt.. Sicher ist, dass wir wiederkommen und es jedem wärmstens empfehlen werden ... Danke, Yitzhak Aflalo

The staff at this hotel are wonderful, as is the hotel itself. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is also great, being in walking distance to many tavernas, coffee shops and markets.

Great staff, wonderful breakfast. Very friendly place and close to all attractions Highly recommended They were very and helpful with the car parking and with leaving the suitcases and late checkout The room was small but enough for staying

Some staff members were very unfriendly, Aircon in the room made the room smell of cigarette smoke, had dinner and breakfast accommodation and the food was generally terrible especially for a five star rating hotel, the gym only opened at 10amin the morning so couldn’t train before breakfast which was useless. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and the gym has always been open in the early morning hours. All in all a very unpleasant experience

Prime location that was nearby lots of goodies - a tour meeting place, and Aristotelous Square for roaming around Shoutout to the complimentary 10min massage- so good I made a reservation for a 60min the following night! (sorry I forgot my masseuse though) Antonis and the person who allowed for a noon check-out (sorry forgot a name again haha) were A++ Highly recommend if you're visiting Thessaloniki!
