Das einzige Motel, das während der gesamten Reise übernachtet hat, ist die Hauptbewertung gut, also ist das Abenteuererlebnis besser als die Vorstellung. Das Zimmer ist praktisch zu benutzen und die Dekoration ist relativ neu. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Sound nicht gut und der Sound sehr schlecht ist. Der Preis ist in Ordnung, aber die Erfahrung wird einmal in Ordnung sein und Sie sollten nicht noch einmal im Motel übernachten.

Rein, komfortabel, guter Platz

Wir verbrachten sechs wunderbare Nächte im White Buffalo Club in der letzten Woche im Mai. Dies war eine besondere Familienreise und umfasste unsere 2 Enkel im Alter von 11 und 15. Dies war das erste Mal, dass sie und ihre Eltern westlich waren oder die Berge gesehen hatten. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön. Unsere Zimmer im dritten Stock waren geräumig mit Blick auf die Stadt. Da wir eine große Familiengruppe waren, genossen wir die Komfort der schönen Badezimmer, Küche und Waschmaschine. Wir liebten auch am Terrasse am Morgen mit Kaffee und am Abend mit Snacks und Wein. Wir hatten einen Stiefbetreuung und alles war unverschämt. Wir konnten zu allem gehen und genießen Einkaufen, Essen und Musik auf dem Platz. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie halfen uns eine Abendessenreservierung im Bierhaus im Hotel zu machen. Alles war lecker und der Service war hervorragend. Wir hatten einen speziellen Tisch am Feuerplatz in einem privaten Bereich. Am letzten Tag war es schnee und der Manager überprüfte die Straßenbedingungen für uns, was so hilfreich war. Der einzige Nebenteil war eingeschränkt Parkplatz manchmal wegen Bau der nächsten Tür, aber wir fanden immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe oder im Lot.

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Umgebung und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, aber zwei Tage hier zu bleiben ist eine falsche Entscheidung. Da das Pinghe Hotel zu weit vom Huangshi Park entfernt ist, befindet sich in der Mitte ein großer Teton Park, um ein 35-Dollar-Ticket zu kaufen. Wenn wir also wiederkommen, werden wir uns für zwei Nächte im Yellowstone Hostel in West Yellowstone entscheiden. Nach dem letzten Tag werden wir im Pinghe Hotel wohnen, also werden wir weniger laufen und unnötige Tickets vermeiden. Das Video unten ist das Pinghe Hotel

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß und komfortabel, das reichhaltige Frühstück im Hall ist auch sehr lecker, wird empfohlen zu bleiben

Second time in Jackson. First time at this Hilton property. Spent three nights there with my wife so was able to get good feel for property. Pros - Location. Not too far from center of town. Very walkable. Friendliness of staff. Everybody at the property was extremely polite and friendly! Cons - Rooms are “tired” and a bit worn. Not all appliances in room worked. Comfort - room was a bit “tight” but manageable. Sleeper sofa was dated and extremely uncomfortable. Don’t plan on using it. Fireplace was inoperable. HVAC unit struggled (ironically an HVAC company was on our floor the day we checked out). Cleanliness - rooms were clean however common area needed regular attention but did not receive it. Example - Notified housekeeping of garbage that needed to be removed from waste bin in hallway outside our room (it was filled with soiled diapers). Was not addressed for hours and hallway filled with foul smell. This was an issue on two of the three nights we were there. Service - service was below average for Hilton. I’m guessing this is due to lack of staff and not due to their willingness to assist. Examples - no one there to check us in at arrival. Waited for 5 minutes before finally calling the property hoping someone would answer. No one answered. After 10 minutes someone arrived to check us in. As mentioned earlier not all appliances worked. When asked to receive a replacement was initially told they did not have any and, ironically, could not leave front desk to deliver a replacement because there was no one else on duty to wait for arriving travelers. As noted above, responding to areas of immediate need in common area took a lot of time. On average I spend 50+ nights on the road each year, many of which at Hilton properties. I’m a “low frills just give me the basics and I’ll be happy” type of guy…clean, quiet, and comfortable with reasonable service. Anything above that is a bonus. If I did not know this was a Hilton property I would have not guessed it was - atypical. Overall value was below average.

Went as family of four (kids are ages 10 and almost 9) for four nights over Indigenous People’s Day weekend, and I believe the price of the room was half of what it would have been if we traveled in August. So that’s always nice. Plus, the changing of the leaves more an already scenic place even more magical. We loved the hotel for many reasons. The room we got was big and, therefor, very comfortable. It had a great view of the ski trails / mountains. Bathroom was big with all the amenities. Huge closet for storage. Nice coffee/tea area with new boxed water supplied daily. The lobby was tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful Western-inspired art. We loved have our morning coffee/tea by the fireplace. Kids enjoyed the complimentary s’mores package. We loved pool area and hot tubs— beautiful setting among the Aspen trees which were turning bright yellow. (They were closing down the pool for the season though on our last day!) The restaurants were also both excellent. Finally, we appreciated getting use of the house car, which we used to explore the town of Jackson. I think timing our trip in early October was perfect, as it was not crowded at the hotel and made things easier for us (like use of the car). We also did the Wildlife Safari Tours of Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Booked through concierge but with an outside company. We didn’t ask for a private tour, but they were both private! Plus they were half of the cost of what the concierge was charging. This was the way to go!!
