Mein Apartment hatte 2 sehr komfortabele Paarbetten. Auch geräumige Badezimmer, gut ausgestattet mit hervorragenden Handtüchern. Vollmorgen Kaffee mit vielen Optionen im Stunde. Sie machen den Unterschied zwischen dem Service und den Details.

Unser Aufenthalt war im Grunde eine Nacht, wir kamen gut empfangen, die Kinder waren c hungrig und der Buffet war nur warm und funktionierte bis 21hs ... eine pq Pena hatten wir keine arbeitsfähige Zeit, aber sie waren c das Gesicht gut appetit. Aber wir werden nicht schlecht ... rrsds, im Hotel beigefügt ist ein wunderschönes Massenhaus. Verpassen Sie nicht die Gelegenheit, sich zu kennen. Die sehr angenehme Zimmer, saubere Geruchsräume und guten Räume( seltenes). Frühstück, gut serviert und angenehme.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel but this was the most disappointing as far as the hotel goes. The cleanliness is questionable as a matter of fact there was dust on the nightstand in the room. We had issues with the TV not working throughout our stay, the gym, which asked us to disinfect the equipment, did not provide the products. It seems no one cleans the gym. I was there for 10 days and was the only one going to the lobby to request the cleaning products. Staff is friendly but they don’t act proactively to anticipate needs for the customers. The only thing that saved our stay is the restaurant. Wow, the restaurant is spectacular! From the maître D Everaldo who was always available and supporting the team to Venicius, Denilson , Eugênia , Camila , Kaio, Antonio ( I know I am missing a few) and all others who served us so beautifully during our stay. They are the best Teresina has to offer and certainly deserve to be recognized for excellence in service. We spent a significant amount of time in the restaurant or enjoying a meal by ourselves or with family and friends and every single time the food and the service were consistently great. Perhaps, the restaurant team can teach the hotel staff a thing or two about customer service.

Positive Punkte: Klimaanlage gut gefroren, obwohl Sie an der Seite des Bettes bleiben (Sie sollten im Kopf bleiben), warme Dusche mit gutem Dusche, Shampoo-Kit und Seife, Empfang die mit schneller Eincheckung. NEGATIVES Punkt: Zimmer sind nicht geräumig, aber nicht sehr klein, das Problem sind die gefärbten Gipswände, die die Durchfahrt der Lärme ermöglichen. Selbst im Bad, in der Box, ist Gips, und Sie hören alles in den anderen Zimmern, im Korridor ... Die Katastrophe sind die Betten, extrem eng, außerhalb des Standards. Sie sind schrecklich sind einige bereits verformt. Das Bettwäsche ist alt, zerkleinert und gefärbt, der Kühlschrank ist leer, das WLAN ist sehr instabil, der TV nimmt einen oder anderen Kanal und ist nicht intelligent. Frühstück ist einfach und ein Jeni macht Musik sehr hoch. Unnötig! Jetzt der Katze-Puls, nach dem Zimmerreihen, hier kommt ein BHÜC auf dem Tisch. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, was in dem Intervall passiert sein könnte, in dem ich weg war!

Klimaanlage ist ausgezeichnet, individuelle Handbedienung, die vom Eigentümer vor Ort gewartet wird. Böden sind alle großflächig gefliest und Wände sind mit Glanzlack gestrichen, sehr sauber.
