Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. zentrumsnah. abwechslungsreiches großartiges Frühstücksbuffet und freundliches Personal. Die Betten sind ein Traum und die Zimmer sehr schön und großzügig. Wunderschönes Badezimmer.

Sehr ansprechende Innen-Ausstattung, super schöne Zimmer, hochwertige Architektur: bodenebene und großzügige Dusche! Super Lage mitten im Stadt-Zentrum Angra; Kostenfreie Hotel-Parkplätze sind daher nicht direkt vor der Türe möglich, ca. 200m entfernt kann man kostenfrei aber öffentlich parken; dennoch sicher und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Für den Innenpool ist eine Badekappe notwendig, die man überteuert für 10€ an der Rezeption erwerben muss. Also lieber die Eigene mitbringen! ;-) Pool ok, aber kein Highlight: mit billigen Materialien hergestellt. Dampfbad und Sauna nicht durchgängig in Betrieb, da dies die wenigsten Gäste nutzen, daher Voranmeldung notwendig um die Temperatur hochzufahren. Das Frühstück ist die Schwachstelle und unserer Meinung nach für diese Hotel-Kategorie nicht ausreichend: wenig Auswahl, aber viel Extras gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Das Personal kommt mit Nachlegen nicht hinterher, zu den Stoßzeiten war wiederholt Kaffee und Brötchen leer…. Dennoch wahrscheinlich das modernste und beste Hotel auf Terceira.

Adequate hotel in centre of Angra, no more, no less. Abysmal breakfast. Friendly staff. We stayed here because it was warm in winter. One of the last places in the Western world (?) to demand you wear a swimming cap in the pool! And there were other odd rules: you get fined if you put anything of your own in the room fridge!

There are two Hotel Zenites. Make sure you are in the correct one. The Boutique Hotel is in the centre of Angra and convenient for exploring this historic city. The rooms themselves are modern and comfortable. I did not like the lack of drawer space. I do not like to have all of my possessions in clear view of the housekeeper.

The suite had 2 floors, and the stairs were very slippery wood. Going downstairs to the toilet in the night was scary. A sign on the minibar said we would be fined 100 euros if we put food in it. We asked for an iron but couldn't get one in the room, nor was there an ironing room. We could only give items to the hotel for ironing. Coffee in the room wasn't replenished. The air con turned itself off in the night as it wasn't working properly, but no fans were available. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Only 1 drawer on both floors for storage.

Our suite was on two floors. Bedroom being top and sitting room and bathroom on first. The suite was lovely and had beautiful views from all windows. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was a very good assortment, something for everyone. We had one main meal there and the chef Vasco did an amazing job. Very centrally located with nice strolls in any direction. Thank you for a lovely stay.

All of the staff is competent, friendly and willing to help with directions, making reservations and even making you feel very welcome. The breakfast is varied, very well presented with numerous choices. There something for everyone to enjoy in a very well appointed breakfast room.

This is a lovely small hotel on as quiet street just a short walk from the town center. Although our room was near the front desk we were never disturbed. Our room had all the essentials we needed and I especially enjoyed the spacious shower with rain head feature. The generous breakfast buffet is served in a bright room which opens onto a patio in good weather. In addition there is an inviting minibar/lounge area on the street level for casual mixing. The staff was attentive, professional, and very helpful. They lent us an electrical converter & helped with meal reservations.

This is a very nice boutique hotel in the old historic part of the city. Hotel has been modernized and all conveniences are there, but room was very small. Only a couple of hangars and no storage space outside the suitcase. Hairdryer however was high powered, a convenience with longer thick hair. Location was good for walking around town (we were with a group and had no car). Breakfast also had a good variety of selections.
