I’m a regular costumer, its a very comfortable place, the bedroom are big and you can find everything you need to do a very nice stay. It’s located in a beautiful area and closer to everything you need

We chose this hotel because Temuco was our first stop on our trip to the South of Chile. The hotel keeps the good things, very clean, large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Highly recommended. We went with our kids, so, connectiing rooms are great !

Excelente servicio y calidad del lugar, se notan los años de experiencia. Gimnasio adecuado. Hermosa piscina temperada. Además cuenta con Sauna, pero no lo pudimos ocupar por tiempo. Restaurante Inn muy bueno, comida deliciosa. Volveré a visitarlos con toda la familia.

Tuve una experiencia espantosa con la recepcionista Katalina, quien fue irrespetuosa, altanera y muy poco empatica. Al día siguiente pedí hablar con el gerente y no fue posible, lo mismo cuando pedí su Mail de contacto. Una lastima como solo una persona puede arruinar por completo el trabajo de un hotel. No sé qué tipo de selección de personal tienen para la recepción! La parte más importante de un hotel. Dejé mis contactos pero todavía espero que me llamen :(

Hotel 100% recomendado relajo total desde estar solo a estar en familia muy acogedor volveria nuevamente en mi próximo viaje a temuco fue un regalo de cumpleaños de parte de mi esposo buffet y ****** totalmente agradable ambiente recomendado

Aseo y mantención deficiente en mesas y piso de restorán, poca variedad en los buffet, y calidad mediana. Room service limitado en hora y sin nada que lo advierta. Piscina temperada con agua casi helada, falta de batas en habitación. A quien busque 5 estrellas, un buen spa y posibilidad de comida en cualquier hora, no lo recomiendo. Tampoco a quienes hayan tenido buenas experiencias en la cadena Dreams en otros hoteles con anterioridad. Temuco está inferior al resto

LO UNICO DESAGRADABLE FUE QUE ME ESTABAN COBRANDO POR PRESTAR UN GORRO EN LA PISCINA, SIENDO QUE EN NINGUNA PARTE LO INDICABA , ESTO PASO EL DIA ANTERIOR AL CHECK OUT. ME ESTABAN COBRANDO $4.000 PESOS POR PRESTAR CADA GORRO, SIENDO QUE ESTE VALOR CORRESPONDE A CUANDO LOS COMPRAS NUEVOS
