Leider muss dies im Vergleich zu dem, in dem ich übernachtet habe, das am meisten überteuerte Hotel sein. Gut: die Sauberkeit. Höfliches Personal, wie andere Bewerter gesagt haben. Kann nicht bemängelt werden. Jeden Tag eine Happy Hour, in der einige kostenlose Getränke und Knabbereien angeboten werden. Schlecht: der Wucherpreis für ein sogenanntes „Boutique“-Hotel. Kein Restaurant. Keine anständige Bar. Überhaupt keine Einrichtungen. Die Zimmer sind winzig und mit sehr schlechter Schalldämmung. Nicht nur von außen (wo es ab Mai 2022 so etwas wie fünf Baustellen neben, unter oder in der Nähe des Hotels gibt, die meines Wissens noch einige Zeit andauern sollen) und in den Zimmern zu hören sind. Abgesehen von seinen winzigen Zimmern und einer dekorierten Lobby hat dieses Hotel nichts weiter zu bieten. Es ist buchstäblich genau das. Und ehrlich gesagt bin ich völlig ratlos, warum sie glauben, dass die Preise, die sie verlangen, es wert sind. Ich habe 300 Pfund pro Nacht bezahlt / und im Durchschnitt berechnet das Hotel mindestens 200 Pfund pro Nacht für sein mageres Angebot. Das Hotel selbst liegt nicht direkt am Strand, sondern an einer sehr belebten Straße, ein paar Straßen dahinter. Sie würden viel besser zu einer WG-App gehen, als dieses Hotel zu bewohnen. Lassen Sie sich nicht von dem Wort „Boutique“ verfolgen – das ist wirklich nichts dergleichen. Ich verließ diesen Ort und fühlte mich gründlich enttäuscht und abgezockt.

Very pleasant small hotel with extremely pleasant staff, and spotlessly clean throughout. Wonderful breakfasts. Rooms are small but have everything you need and are very comfortable with good beds. High floor rooms have a view of the sea. Great location just one block from access to all transportation, and two blocks from the sea and the restaurants and shops at the ‘Port’. Also close to beautiful Hayarkon Park.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. It's a stylish and cute design hotel with a beach resort look. The rooms are quite small, it's only for sleeping, not really for working from the room. Most rooms have no view at all, but luckily we had one on the street side with a little balcony. Unfortunately for us this was the loudest room, because of street work starting at 7:30 every morning which made it impossible to sleep past that time. The sound isolation on those windows was quite poor. On the upside, the breakfast and happy hour buffet are a plus in the overall experience. On the downside, the music that plays in the lobby is generally too loud, not usually associated with high quality hotels. When I asked the reception if there was a way to reduce the volume a tiny bit, they said they were unable to do it. The personnel is generally very kind and helpful, however the cleaning of the rooms is a bit questionable. If you are in Tel Aviv for a few days only and you do not intend spending a lot of time at the hotel, this is a convenient one, otherwise I would recommend looking around as well.

This was my third stay at the Yam Hotel. I had booked this trip in Feb 20 and had to postpone and cancel until Israel opened its borders again. I kept in touch with Nathalie, the magic hotel manager, throughout the pandemic and was received like family when I finally arrived in Nov 21. The other big plus - besides the wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, happy hour, cleanliness, bicycles - is the location at the North end of Tel Aviv beach, steps away from the beach, the Port, Dizengoff Street and HaYarkon Park. I'll be back soon.

Nice hotel with friendly Staff close to the beach. And if you do not know that, you’ll get it as you enter your room - surfboard-lamp, bathing balls on the bed… funny and a bit cosy! I slept well, and had very nice breakfast in the modnings. My colleauges also enjoyed their stay!
