The resort is situated just at the perfect location, making it a stone throw away from the Sarkanda Devi shrine and far enough to be away from any hustle and bustle of city life. It has all modern amenities including Spa and Ayurvedic healing therapy. The staff is humble and ever ready to help. ***ager Anish Singh was a dedicated fellow who took care of all needs. Warm water with lemons? You say and he gets it. Any special food you like? He's there to bring it. Kudos to him and his entire staff for this warm and organic welcome. Miss this place. Will visit often now. Once it gets in your map, it stays.

Average stay, pictures are misleading, Not a luxurious stay at all.. Place is good with great view except some toilet seats of another resort which not operational now, Charged GST on food bill without any proper bill, still waiting for the bill on my email id

Ambience of the resort is really worth experiencing, Rooms are maintained nicely. All the amenities are provided. Staff works professionally, at the same time they are really friendly and helpful. The ***ager of the property Mr Anish Singh maintained the resort really nicely, he helped us out during our stay there and made it really comfortable.

Stayed for 4 Day's and had an amazing stay. Staff was to good and service was best in class. Especially Mr Anish and all other people working were tremendously good. Would recommend to all,I like this property

I just reached this hotel today(21/01/2022). Hotel is situated little away from surkanda Devi temple and on the way to kanatal. I would give 5/5 for the environment. Food is good .we took 3 premium standard room but rooms did not meet my expectation and if compared with price it looks overpriced.Rooms were little shabby and needs lot of maintainance Looks like this happened due to heavy snowfall.This place is worth visiting if you want to spent a day in complete solitude..However I would definately like to thank Mr Anish and Depanshu ji who accomodated our last moment request to move the booking from 22nd to 21st Jan although it was a mistake from my side. Thanks, JHEELUM
