Tbilisi Laerton Hotel Bewertungen

It was my first time to visit Georgia and decided to stay in laerton hotel. Staff were amazing specially the two ladies in front desk. Very helpful and always ready to answer your questions with warm smile. The housekeeping team as well are always making the room clean and tidy. Note: location not far from the center and very quiet with excellent view from the restaurant. Thanks to all the the team ♥️

Отель приятный. Жила на 5-ом этаже. Есть более менее панорамный вид. В моем номере был балкон с качелями 😀 достаточно чисто. Завтрак супер. Расположение неплохое. Тихо и есть всё необходимое рядом в пешей доступности. Но вот окна можно было бы и помыть в отеле . И балкон чуть закрасить от грязи и плесени.

Хороший отель, чистый.

The first impression for the hotel was just really really bad. We had a stay of 4 days with them. When we checked in the guy at the reception asked us to take our luggage by ourselves and that too in another building (extension of the hotel) and upon reaching the room the card key wasn't working. When we called him to replace it he asked us to come back to the reception to collect it stating he is the only one in the hotel from the management side. We did that too. After that we had a ''no working kettle'' for which again after having a fight with the reception guy it got replaced. After placing so many complaints to our tour manager, they changed our room to slightly better one and just after entering there the AC seemed to be not working.. The day could have not been any better and it was our Anniversary.. so ya can imagine the frustration we had. After multiple issues again we were again provide a different room on day 3 (this was the day when it was my husbands birthday and they provided us with a cake. So yes a bit happy there) Moving to the breakfast, it was decent. No complains. Staff was friendly too. Overall, not so good experience.

27.07 прилетели в аэропорт Тбилиси в 3.00 ночи,в отель приехали в 04.30утра. Семья из 3 человек. Номер бронировали за три недели до 27.07 на троих. В результате нас заселили в номер,где стояла одна кровать. На наш вопрос,где будет спать третий человек,молодой человек с ресепшен ответил,что забыли поставить 3ю кровать. Поспите втроем на одной,а завтра все исправим. Мы там были 3 дня. Никто не извинился,администратор отеля ,руководство,проигнорировали ситуацию.Отель 4 звезды.

Superbe grande chambre au dernier étage avec une belle vue depuis la grande terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est raffiné et propose de de multiple plats (salade, croissant, pain, céréale, fruits, saucisse et spécialité locale) Emplacement dans la capitale très pratique pour se rendre dans les lieux touristique à pied ou en Bolt - Piscine et Sauna fort agréable
