Unfortunately we would have loved our stay near sun dance square but I had a thousand dollars on my card and this hotel instead of taking 174 for the room took 450 plus 380 plus the room charge of 174 be careful handing a card over for so called incidentals

Das Hotelzimmer ist in Ordnung. Das gesamte Zimmer ist etwas alt. Die Schlafzimmerausstattung ist schlecht.

Erstens das Gute. Das Personal war großartig. Sie machten das Beste, was sie mit dem zu tun haben. Dieser Springhill könnte eine Erfrischung verwenden. Hier war meine Erfahrung. Ich ging ins Zimmer und ging ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer sah gut aus, aber seltsam, der Wind fand im Badezimmer an. Und ich bin froh, dass es war, weil das mir erzählte, dass das Licht im Badezimmer ausgebrannt wurde. Ich rief sie runter und lass sie wissen, und da ich nicht unpackt war, entschieden wir, dass es schneller und einfacher sein könnte, in ein anderes Zimmer zu bewegen. Sie brachten neue Schlüssel und trafen mich in dem neuen Zimmer. In dem neuen Zimmer, der TV funktioniert nicht. Kein Signal. Wieder einmal kam das Personal zu Schwierigkeiten, um zu schießen, und sie konnten nicht herausfinden, warum es nicht funktioniert. So war es im dritten Zimmer. Als sie meine Schlüssel für Zimmer drei brachten, brachten sie auch ein paar Flaschen Wasser und ein paar Mikrowellen Popcorn. Niedriges Berühren. Das neue Zimmer funktionierte gut. Bis es die Dusche am nächsten Morgen war. Als ich die Tabe hochgezogen habe, um das Wasser in die Dusche zu drehen, drehte es etwa die Hälfte des Wassers. So hatte ich Wasser durch die Dusche und durch den Tubspül. Und schließlich war ich froh, dass der Schampoon, der Konditioner und der Dusche auf der Wand in der Dusche erhält dispenser. Ich bevorzuge die Spender anstatt die kleinen Kunststoffflaschen, und der Schampoon und der Konditioner waren gute Qualitätsprodukte. Aber als ich die Pumpe für das Duschegel gedrückt habe? Es war leer ... :-( Alles in allem, große Leute, die an einer Eigenschaft arbeiten, die offensichtlich etwas Aufmerksamkeit braucht.

This is a remodeled Raddison, so of course its a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the brought in a management company to save money, and boy does it show. After arriving and being verbally berated by a sexist GM, who made me cry in the front lobby- in front of all his employees- and told me that's a ”Me problem, not a WE problem”/ I should get my emotions under control. After this, he had his staff stalk me around to sign a new contract under duress. The rest of our stay, we got to see him run and hide from us when we walked by, stand up on the big staircase and glare at us and watch us. I paid a LOT of money to be at that hotel, and I felt like I was begging them to take my business. I called the managment company, and they didnt seem to want to deal with me at all about this. Braydon Skelton is one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. After a stressful check in, we experienced some of the worst food we ever have had at a hotel (except the sandwiches, those were amazing). Only one waitress for breakfast in the morning, no free coffee either. When we had a dinner of sweet potatoes with capers (so gross), I spit out the first bite i took. After I thought this was the worst dinner i ever had, a nice big big cockroach crawled onto our dinner table to help us eat. Immediately we left that room and ordered a pizza from down the street. Overall, I felt fearful, scared, unappreciated and abused at this hotel. I called the management company and never heard back from them. The GM Braden made a half hearted attempt to reach out to me but never got a hold of me. Honestly, I was scared and fearful to even answer the phone. It sucks, because we have been repeat customers of this hotel before they changed management in December. I would recommend this hotel for people only passing through, but not for events. and If you care about people and how other people treat customers or humans.. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the record, I have been waiting for a couple weeks to write this to see if someone from management company would reach out to me about my terrible experience, and they did not.

Exceptional service for 7 days. Made traveling a pleasure for my entire family.😎All staff from front desk to housekeeping excelled in their duties and were extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and loved their job due to exceptional leadership. Highly recommend.
