Das Personal an der Theke ist sehr geduldig und sehr nett! Nach der Ankunft am Flughafen ist der Abholservice des Hotel-Shuttlebusses großartig! Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, alle Einrichtungen sind sehr komfortabel, das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, ein sehr gutes und sehr gutes Unterkunftserlebnis.

We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done.
Of course later she called back stating it was a server error.
I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed.

Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Zimmer war grundsätzlich für $300/night. Bei weniger blieb es besser.. Front Desk Frauen waren bei der Eincheckung wirklich nett.

Kkien yewIch blieb vor kurzem hier und hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, um sicherzustellen, dass alle meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, nahe den wichtigsten Attraktionen und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine breite Palette an leckeren Optionen. Ich empfehle das Hotel sehr jedem, der einen komfortablen und nützlichen Aufenthalt sucht.

ZZD & LDDas Hotel ist ein tolles Hotel in einer bequemen Lage mit mehreren Alternativen zum Abendessen und Aktivitäten. Wir waren froh mit dem Layout und der Gesamtqualität des Hotels. Die Zimmerküche waren großartig, so dass wir in und entspannen konnten. Unser einziger Rückzug über die Erfahrung war schlafen. Großes Königsbett so keine Beschwerden im Zimmer, aber sehr unkomfortable. Die Linen waren zerstreut und Federn-Kleider waren nicht so komfortabel, wie ich mir vorstellen würde, wenn man den Kaliber der anderen Einrichtungen betrachtet.
Wenn Sie nicht die Fluff und Komfort in den Bettausstattungen brauchen, sind Sie mit dieser Hotelwahl fest. Ich gebe dieses Hotel einen festen 4.5 für Komfort und Komfort für das Unternehmen, aber wenn Sie den Luxus eines Urlaubs und weiche Kissen zu bat betrachten einen höheren Preispunkt haben wollen.
Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel, das Personal und die Einrichtungen für einen einfachen Aufenthalt zu erwähnen. Ich kann auch keine Schuld von einem der Hotelpersonal oder der Affiliate, die sie scheinen mit Autospausen zu behandeln. Es gab einen kleinen Vorfall, der sehr professionell von Personal behandelt wurde, das ich am Tag Check-out bemerkte. Parkplatz ist groß und dicht war sicherlich nur eine Zufallsfrage und das Personal war oberst die Gewährleistung der Gäste und die Zubehör waren oberste Priorität.

GGuest UserDieses Hotel war außergewöhnlich sauber, da ich sicher bin, dass es die meisten mit der Tatsache zu tun hat, dass es relativ neu ist. Und das Personal war ständig reinigen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und sehr komfortabel! Das Bett und die Kissen waren die komfortablesten, die ich jemals geschlafen habe, und das Zimmer wird super dunkel, wenn Sie die Schatten ziehen, auch in der Mitte des Tages. Unser Zimmer hatte nur eine Dusche, es wäre schön gewesen, einen Duschetube Combo, aber all in allem werde ich dieses Zimmer und Hotel fünf Sterne geben! Die Lage ist ideal für Einkaufen und Restaurants in der Nähe. Und auch, es ist auf den Ufer von Ft. Wert, so Verkehr ist nicht zu schrecklich umherkommen. Das Frühstück war gut und hatte eine anständige Auswahl, Waffeln, Eier, Bacon, Oatmeal, Yoghurt, Getreide, Muffins, Saft und Kaffee. Negativ: Pool war eingefroren! Ich dachte, für einen Innenpool würde es heißen...

GGuest UserDie Väter und die Grüße waren freundlich und willkommen. Unsere Jr. Suite war sehr schön und sauber. Es war angenehmen überrascht, dass es zwei Fernsehsets gab, eine im Wohnbereich und eine im Schlafzimmer. Der Innenpool ist klein, aber ich reise nicht mit Kindern, und es war schön, dass ich flogen kann. Jacuzzi war warm für meinen Geschmack, aber nicht warm genug für meinen Mann. Der Jacuzzi hatte keinen starken Jet-Strom. Leider fehlt das Frauenzimmer ein Tauchen. Das Frühstück war großartig! Frische warme Pancakes und Eier zum Bestellen gemacht. Insgesamt würde ich es einen Score von 4.8 geben. Leider war das Patio-Gebiet nicht für die Öffentlichkeit verfügbar. Wegen der Lage, des Services und jetzt, da ich weiß, dass der Ort für Veranstaltungen verfügbar ist, weiß ich, dass ich diesen Ort für meine Highschool-Versammlung fördern werde.

GGuest UserIch habe dort 3 Wochen lang geblieben, fühlte mich gut! Es ist in der Nähe meiner Arbeitsstelle und so viele Geschäfte und Restaurants um. Das Personal ist nett und ich liebe das Zimmer mit Küche, großem Kühlschrank und Backofen. Nicht viel Wahl zum Frühstück, sondern schmecken gut und haben eine lustige Waffelmaschine.
Aber etwas hat mich noch traurig gemacht. Ich verstehe, dass die Cos von COVID nicht mehr täglich Zimmerservice. Aber für den langen Aufenthalt und spezielles Zimmer mit Küche, fühle ich mich traurig, dass jedes Mal, wenn ich zurück ins Zimmer das Zimmer nicht gereinigt ist ... Ich muss die Rezeption anrufen, um innerhalb einer Arbeitszeit um Reinigung zu bitten. Das ist noch gut, aber in der letzten Woche habe ich um Reinigung gebeten, und dann fand ich Zimmer gereinigt, aber haben eine Schuhmarke auf dem Bettdeckel!!!!!! Da ich nachts wieder ins Hotel zurückkomme, kann ich nicht um eine Nacht bitten ... Ich muss eine Toleranz für eine Nacht und bitten, sie am nächsten Tag zu ändern. Ich schlafe auf dem Bett mit einem Schuhmark und die Fläche ist nahe meinem Gesicht ....
Ich kann aus Gründen der Lage und der Küche nochmals bleiben, aber ich hoffe, dass ich Verbesserungen beim Reinigungsservice sehen kann.

GGastnutzerMy daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

PpjshooterkbThe staff very friendly n kind and understanding we lost our home to a fire a neighbor started n they let us stay in parking lot until we can check in I do recommend the motel it's easy to get to n you got some restaurants around but they always greet you with smiles and address you with respect the one young man name Dev so sweet he really knows how to treat the guest ,the matience guy very cool ,this other guy tall guy can't remember his name but I had messed up on the app making the reservation n he took the time to helps us fix the reservation n get us in the room . we are leaving Texas for had nothing but bad luck here ,but if you come visit Fort Worth this is the place to stay. If you want to be entertained n you like to shoot guns go to shoot smart on Lancaster n the 820 freeway another amazing place it's all family oriented but thank you all to the staff n manger n matience n housekeepers thank you all for you amazing hospitality much love from Kimberly n my husband keep up the great work u do
