Das Hotel Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, es gibt viele Einkaufsstellen in der Umgebung, die Geschäftsstraße ist sehr warm am Wochenende, die Restaurant-Shops sind alle Arten von Geschmack, der Service ist sehr gut, und das Kino ist auch die Entfernung zum Spaziergang, die einzige nicht sehr zufrieden ist, dass die Einzahlung des Hotels sehr langsam zurückgezahlt wird.

We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done. Of course later she called back stating it was a server error. I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed.

Die Energie ging während des Aufenthalts im Hotel aus. Es wäre schön gewesen, in irgendeiner Weise davon zu notifizieren, statt überrascht zu sein, in einen dunklen Halle zu gehen und zu müssen Gepäck und Taschen nach 4 Treppen abfertigen. Das Zimmer selbst war schön und sauber.

Die Bücher der Verantwortlichen sind sehr gut. Ich kann sehr komfortabel reisen. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Aber die Leute im nebenzimmer öffnen und schließen sehr große Stimmen. Ich kann es im Zimmer hören, so dass ich mich mehrfach wachgefühlt habe, während ich war, war es sehr kurz, dass es schwierig war. Aus irgendeinem Grund verließ die Nachbarin jeden Tag um 4 Uhr morgens, vielleicht verließen die anderen Zimmer etwa ２ das Zimmer, so dass die Stimme mich mehrfach wach machte.

Ich wohne im AT&T Stadium, um den Wettbewerb zu sehen, aber der Verkehr ist sehr bequem, weil er nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der zentralen Hafenstation entfernt ist! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber! Es gibt auch einen Bus zum Flughafen, so sehr bequem.

Es liegt im Stadtzentrum, also ist es gut, die Stadt zu erkunden, aber es gibt keine Parkplätze. Es ist neu eröffnet, daher ist es sehr schön und sauber. Das Restaurant ist sehr gehoben und etwas teuer. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist etwas unbequem

Nice location, right in the middle of the DFW metroplex, right opposite to Six Flags amusement park. Close to both DFW airport and dallas lovefield and frontiers of flight museum

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Das Hotel war schön. Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich habe, war, dass ich meine Do Not Enter/ Do Not Disturb (nicht sicher, was es sagte) auf der Tür hängen, als ich zum Geschäft ging. Sie gingen doch ein! Ich hatte Geld auf dem Zähler und andere Werte, die ich nicht in den Safe BC gelegt habe, hatte ich nicht Zeit, es dort zu werfen. Sie hätten nicht eingetreten sein sollen, wenn ich das Zeichen auf die Tür gesetzt, dass sagte nicht smh

Das Hotel war großartig. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wird wieder sein.
