When we checked in, our toilet was not working in the first room. After leaving the property for an hour upon our return we were told that the problem was fixed, but it was not. The water was turned off in the toilet and nonfunctional. We then moved rooms, and in our new room we did not have toiletries, and had to call down to the front desk to send up some. We also experience the safe not working and had to repeatedly ask for towels in our room. I found housekeeping and she was kind enough to bring me towels and empty my trash, which was requested earlier that day. Being a Hilton Honor's Member, I am shocked about this experience. I would though like to commend the Front Desk for trying to help us out, but it seemed at every turn we experience less than a satisfactory stay.
