A true hospitable hotel! The staff at the hotel was very accommodating. We arrived from an early train and reached the hotel at 11:00 in the morning. The receptionist allowed us to check in early though the standard checkin time was 14:00 onwards. We stayed in the 5th floor. The housekeeper noted we washed a young child’s cloth. The staff promptly provided small packets of laundry liquid without being asked. They also left messages wishing us a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also good, being centrally located in Taiyuan with walking distance to a metro station. Absolutely love the service of this hotel!

My first choice is Yingze Hotel, 5th floor. The location is excellent, with a subway directly to Taiyuan South Station and the airport. The environment is good, and the staff member Xiao Zheng was very warm and attentive. When I forgot some personal items after checking out, they quickly mailed them back to me. At night, the room was also tidied up nicely. Really great 👍. This is a high cost-performance hotel, and I will definitely choose it again next time.

Probably was a grand hotel a long time ago but today it's an oldish dusty hotel that does not deserve its stars. As I was settling in, a staff came in my room and put a towel under my bathroom door because she said the water from the shower always leaks out... Then when I woke up, half of the lights no longer worked, so that was a shower in the dark... Nice staff, spacious rooms, but just everything old...

Yingze hotel was my dream hotel when I was young. It was only open to high ranking official. There was guard standing at the gate. Now I am here and enjoy the service. The service is best and traditional. The menu at the restaurant is traditional as well. Although the service is the best the charge is reasonable. If you are looking for value for money, this hotel is an excellent choice.

We stayed in the hotel for three nights. Non smoking room is good and has all we need. Breakfast is offered for Chinese food and western food. They even offered free moon cakes for mid-autumn festival. Excellent experience

太原故地重遊，特意奔迎澤賓館來的。果然仍是省府第一！賓館應該是升級改造了房間格局和衞浴設施，完全是五星安排。尤其套房起居和睡覺很舒服，如同回家的感覺。賓館服務一流，必須給前台丹丹、曉雨以及客房趙艷蕊、朗振興點贊👍熱情周到，第一時間迴應我們的要求並主動服務到位。 特別感謝賓館7樓服務員毛毛，退房時家人的一包衣服遺落在房間，毛毛髮現後第一時間電話聯繫了我們，妥善幫助通過快遞把衣物郵寄家中。對此，我們很感動，非常感謝熱情服務耐心細緻的毛毛。🌹🌹🌹 下次再來太原我們一定會選擇迎澤賓館住～還住7樓😊

這次入住很滿意，前台服務員服務相當好，待客如賓，一切為客人着想，非常感謝小夥子任泱，服務周到，為我們提很重的行李箱，真誠感謝馮棋小姑娘，對我們的熱情服務，衷心感謝客房部的毛艷主管和胡燕紅主管，對我們老年人的貼心守護，用心服務的你們，超棒！每一個細節，都彰顯着專業和關懷，感恩你們的付出，照亮生活的每一個角落。再一次感謝！所有為我們服務的工作人員。

設施：非常不錯， 衞生：也很乾凈 環境：超級舒服，早餐的環境也很安靜，喜歡。 服務：超級到位，每個人都很熱情，又親切， 有合理要求必滿足。 早餐還在餐廳裏點了太原特別頭腦。

老牌5星，值得信賴，房間很大，床品很舒服，乾淨衞生。賓館有些年頭了，但保養的好，服務與時俱進，周到體貼，特別表揚716-718的服務員趙艷蕊和王欣女士，小童牙刷和拖鞋主動送來，問寒問暖的😊，早餐也很好吃

酒店老牌了，有很多中外領導人下榻過的照片。 早餐豐富，甚至還有當地人來吃“頭腦”的，排隊比住宿客人的自助餐還要擠。 地段就在柳南地鐵口邊，離美食街走路有1.3公里，距離還不算遠吧。 服務不錯，我離店後借存行李時，一位服務員問我們有沒有水，沒有，就一定要我們等一下，拿水給我們。 不過，美食街有點同質化，也不便宜。

來太原就在迎澤賓館入住。建築非常有特色，是1950年代蘇聯參與設計的老建築，晚上有燈光非常好看！交通很便捷，就位於迎澤街，對面就是迎澤公園，旁邊就是柳巷和鐘樓街。服務真的沒得説，非常熱情，樓層周經理送的飲料和小吃，朋友非常喜歡，希望周經理新的一年萬事如意！特別是五樓服務員小胡，很熱情幫忙冷凍食品，提供了冰箱服務，前前後後非常感謝！房間很安靜，退房的時候前台還幫忙拿小推車送東西。希望迎澤賓館生意興隆！入住迎澤真的是不二之選！再次感謝！

十分滿意的一次入住。 春節帶孩子特意來迎澤賓館入住，前台接待的小馬、小王熱情周到服務，得知我們帶着孩子，特意給升級了套房，還送了特色小吃。 酒店早餐也是十分可口，種類豐富，有不少山西特色，口感很好。
