Found the contact lens on bed side table which is belonged to previous guest and very dusty vacuum cleaner under TV. Reflected the comments and showed the pictures to Front Desk upon departure. The girl apologised and then went back to back office. Thats it!!!!!!!!! To be honest, room is just average and not to mention the cleanliness. Very disappointed stay!

The view of the hotel was great and their amenities was so good. The indoor onsen was so good and you will really enjoy it in winter. The location is a bit difficult to reach without driving.

Located right on top of a hill. Seaview is pretty far from hotel room... Thus nothing much to see anyway. As the Onsen is actually a bathtub attached to the inroom shower, the sulphur smell is very strong alike rotten eggs. Stayed for one night and is a good experience.

Great hotel for family vacation with nice view from the balcony. The room is quite spacious. Breakfast is pretty good.

Stylist hotel, spacious room and very good view to see the scene of Beppu. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good and yummy. Wish will be equipped with a gym room.

The bathtub (onsen) in the room is not that hot although we try to adjust water temperature already and can smell the sulfur from the onsen water inside the room all the time so we couldnt sleep very well. The room’s design is nice but it’s not functional.

Super amazing environment and nice staff. The room and the in-room onsen is 10/10. The only drawbacks are the location and the food wasn’t really well seasoned. I was expecting more from their food.

The hotel design is very unique, and the room planning is outstanding, offering large and comfortable spaces for both sleeping and general relaxation. The private onsen has 2 large glazed doors that open directly to the private terrace, plus a full width and height glazing, enabling the feeling of enjoying an external onsen. The staff can communicate well in English and is very friendly and helpful. The one observation that the hotel management can review is on the lighting in the luggage space, it is sensor operated, as one needs to organize the luggage for sometimes, the short duration of lighting on is not sufficient for the packing, please consider having the lighting be changed to manual operation. Otherwise, well done.

Very interesting en modern hotel with kind and attentive staff. Good English. What surprised us was the intense sulfur smell (we at least didn’t read any reviews about it). So if you have sensitive nose, wouldn’t recommend. Because of the (rotten) egg smell (which is normal with sulfur) we weren’t able to enjoy the bath or the hotel as much as we hoped. We couldn’t get used to the smell and it lingered everywhere throughout the hotel. Room however and view were nice and spacious. Had everything you needed. The room had a Roomba robot vacuum cleaner, which showed in the missed spots and the cobwebs in the corners. So, if you don’t mind bathing the rotten egg smells, 10/10 would recommend :)

What a spectacular architecture for the bldg! It’s above n beyond we felt like we were in Santa Fe!
