I commend the professionalism displayed by the all the staff especially the Receptionist who welcomed us with fantastic hospitality when me and my husband checked in. He was very helpful and accommodating despite the fact that I don’t speak Arabic at all. He easily recognized me as an IHG Club Member and enumerated my benefits which was really important to us. I wish to see him again in our future stays. Although the air conditioning in our room was temperamental and the room temperature was a bit disturbing, our other concerns were addressed and we were well taken care of. The staff treated us with utmost care. Me and my husband will definitely come back with our kids.

Das war unser erstes Besuch in Taif und ich reservierte Boudl Hotel als sehr nahe dem Parkplatz, Zoo usw. Lage ist wirklich gut, wie viele Restaurants, Kaffeegeschäfte sind in der Nähe. Wir blieben in der Junior Suite für ein paar Nächte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sie haben einen kleinen Abschnitt als Kinder Playarea, schön für mein Kind. Das einzige, was ich nicht mag war Frühstück, es sehr begrenzt und genau das gleiche täglich. So nicht sicher, ob die Artikel frisch gehalten werden oder nicht jeden Morgen.

Das ist ein schönes Hotel in Taif, sehr nahe der Hauptstraße, wo es Lebensmitteloptionen gibt, aber die Zimmer sind ruhig. Die Betten sind super bequem mit mehr Kissen verschiedener Größe als ich je in einem Hotel hatte! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut - obwohl es schön wäre, wenn der Saft frisch gewesen wäre .... Das bedeutendste Problem des Hotels ist, dass wir nicht Wasser hatten. Ich dachte, das könnte sein, dass das Wasser der Stadt war, aber unsere Freunde auf den Boden unten hatten Wasser. Also, es könnte sein, dass je höher Ihr Boden, desto weniger wahrscheinlich Sie Wasser haben. Da wir flexible Reisende sind, würde ich noch sagen, dass das ein sehr gutes Hotel für eine Nacht war. Wenn Sie aber mehr als eine Nacht hier verbringen, würde ich empfehlen, ein Zimmer im ersten oder zweiten Stock zu beantragen.
