We loved the ambience and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The onsite restaurant offers excellent food and attentive service. Although the listing mentions a pool, we didn’t notice one during our stay. A sauna would be a nice addition to the gym. We truly hope the hotel can maintain its pristine standards — special kudos to the female staff member we saw meticulously cleaning the front exterior, brushing fallen leaves and even the red carpet. Breakfast was enjoyable but could be improved with a wider selection of protein or meat dishes. One small surprise was the charge for additional bottled water; had we known, we would have simply purchased water from the minibar. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, especially as the surrounding area is noticeably cleaner and quieter than the Registan area.

Ein schönes Hotel für einen Urlaub in Samarkanda! Zimmer sind einfach wunderschön sauber, stilvoll, komfortabel. Mitarbeiterfreundlich und aufmerksam, Sie fühlen sich sofort umsorglich. Individuelle Lob für die Küche Qualität und Geschmack der Nahrung an der Höhe. Eine angenehme Überraschung war eine gute Wäsche sehr bequem auf einer langen Reise. Und der Pool ist nur ein chic, der beste Ort, um sich nach einem gesättigten Tag zu entspannen. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sicherlich jedem, der Zeit in Samarkanda mit maximalem Komfort verbringen möchte!

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

Nach ein paar harten Nächten in einem sowjetischen Hotel kann ich nicht in Worte fassen, wie froh ich war, dieses Hotel zu sehen. Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich, als ich ankam, da er mich nach einer Zugfahrt etwas früher einchecken ließ. Das Frühstück entsprach meinen Bedürfnissen, denn es gab frisches Obst, Gemüse, Joghurt, Eier, Kaffee … keine Beanstandungen. Der Typ, der im Frühstücksbereich arbeitete, war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Nachdem ich mit dem Fitnessstudio fertig war, ging ich nach oben. Er fragte mich sofort, ob ich Wasser bräuchte. Das zeigt, dass er aufmerksam ist. Ich habe mich dort wohlgefühlt. Der Grund, warum ich es gebucht hatte, war das Fitnessstudio. Als aktiver Mensch muss ich auf Reisen trainieren. Das Fitnessstudio ist nicht voll ausgestattet, bietet aber die grundlegenden Dinge wie ein Laufband, ein Fahrrad und Gewichte. Die Lage ist nicht im Zentrum des Touristenorts, aber es ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich brauchte 15 Minuten, um zum Registan zu gelangen. Aber keine Sorge, Samarkand ist fußgängerfreundlich.

Eines der besten Hotels in Samarkand. Sie sind vielleicht alt, aber echt edel. In diesem Hotel spürt man die Kultur, und das Personal ist fantastisch, von der Rezeption bis zu allen, die das Essen am Buffet servieren. Ich liebe das Ambiente und die Gastfreundschaft. Und übrigens: Wenn Sie in diesem Hotel übernachten, bekommen Sie 15 % Rabatt im Restaurant Emirhan. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Nochmals vielen Dank.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

We had a mixed but overall positive experience at this hotel. When we first checked into our room, we noticed that the air conditioning was not strong enough, making the room quite warm. However, the front desk team acted swiftly and sent staff to help resolve the issue right away. In the end, they kindly arranged a room change for us, which we greatly appreciated. A special shoutout to the front desk team for their outstanding hospitality! Ismigul and Sevinch, along with another lovely lady whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, were extraordinarily warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They truly made us feel welcome. As for the dining, the food at the restaurant was quite good! However, the dining service experience could use some improvement: Room Service: Ordering room service was rather difficult. The staff taking orders struggled with basic English, which made placing a simple order a bit challenging and frustrating. Restaurant Service: While dining in the restaurant, we noticed the staff were often busy chatting among themselves rather than attending to guests, which felt a bit unmindful and unprofessional.

Отличный отель, расположенный в комплексе Samarkand City, вдали от центральной части города — здесь тихо и спокойно, без городской суеты. Такси до центра занимает примерно 20–25 минут. Отличный выбор на завтраке. Сервис на высоком уровне — от стойки регистрации до входа в SPA-центр. Было особенно приятно получить комплимент в виде торта в честь дня рождения. Прекрасный SPA: бассейн, джакузи и красивый вид на реку.

Ich dachte, die Zimmer waren groß, groß, sauber, das Bett war komfortabel. Leider wurde ich durch das Bangen außerhalb meines Fensters aufgewacht, da sie es wünschenswert Möbel direkt außerhalb eines besetzten Zimmers zu bauen, hätte ich es gleiten lassen, wenn es nicht auch am Abend um 11 Uhr passiert, und mich wieder aufwachen. Ich musste sie sagen, zu stoppen, was ich für lächerlich hielt. Ich habe auch speziell dieses Hotel für die Sauna und Schwimmbad gebucht, die für 2 von 3 Tagen, die ich dort war, nicht nützlich waren. Ich verstehe, dass Wartung erforderlich ist, aber es wäre gut gewesen, dass Sie darüber informiert werden.
