Hotels in Samarkand mit Pool

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were rhe only guests at that time but the staff was always around to help us. They cooked and served us our breakfast and asked us about our food preferences. All facilities were clean, modern and beautifully made. There was also a nice indoor pool and sauna. That areas also included a shower, toilet and changing room. Additional towels were provided. We can only recommend staying at this hotel.

Ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich. Großes Zimmer und super sauber. Die Betten sind super komfortabel. Sie haben eine Bar, Kaffeegeschäft, Restaurant im Hotel.Sie haben auch Dinge für Ihr Telefon, wenn Sie kaufen müssen. Ich habe nur eine Nacht geblieben und das Frühstück verpasst, aber ich lese es ist gut. Sie bieten viele Einrichtungen. Großes Schrank, Eisen, Trockner, Wasser, Kettle, Kaffee, Shampoo, Klimaanlage, Körperwasch, Zahnbürste, Zahnpaste, ein Komb, Ohrschneider, Baumwollpads usw. ... Insgesamt war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Es ist in der Registan Straße, so dass Sie durch Fuß zum Registan Platz kommen. Hilfe beim Personal und freundlich.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr jung und ich denke, dass sie miteinander kommunizieren können. Als ich die Rezeption konsultierte, sagte er, ich könne nicht auf Smartphones laden, weil er mir einen Ladegerät liege, als wäre es ein anderer Mitarbeiter, wenn der Stromsitz nicht passt. Außerdem kann ich das Gepäck vor dem Ankunftsverfahren absetzen und das Hotelwasser kostenlos bekommen. Das ist meine einzige Zeit, um sich zu entspannen, weil ich auf einem fremden Land im Hotel wohne. Ich will wieder nach Samarach. Damals wollte ich wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ein anderes Hotel mit dem gleichen Namen ist ca. 1 km vom Hotel entfernt, in Yandex können Sie sehen.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt aus praktischen Gründen verlängern und beschlossen, im gleichen Hotel zu bleiben. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, sie bieten Wasserflaschen und Ahmed Tee, das ist das Beste. Das einzige, was fehlt, ist ein Bidet im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war ok. Die Lage ist zentrale, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von allem, was Sie in Samarkand sehen müssen. Und ein 15-minute Fahrt vom Bahnhof. Der Mann, der am Rezeption am letzten Abend arbeitete, war nicht so angenehm wie die ersten beiden, als er uns auf dem Weg zum Zimmer für die Steuern, die wir zahlen mussten, weil wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Er hätte es anders tun können und uns gebeten, während wir auscheckten oder uns einfach gesagt, dass wir bezahlen, wenn wir die Chance haben, das zu tun, was in anderen Hotels üblicherweise geschieht. Aber stattdessen musste ich mehrmals zurück und wieder gehen, um ihn mit der Karte zu bezahlen, weil er nicht herausfinden konnte, wie man die Kartenterminal funktioniert. Ich war so müde und wollte nur das Badezimmer nutzen und schlafen und er würde mich bitten, eine Stunde auf seinen Manager zu warten, und dann erzählen Sie mir, wie die Dinge in Hotels weltweit gemacht werden, als ob ich nicht wusste, Ich habe in Hunderten von Hotels geblieben... Ich habe ihn doch nur neu und etwas schrecklich erfunden, aber es war nicht notwendig, dass der Ton absteigend oder zu behaupten, dass wir gehen würden, ohne die Steuern zu zahlen...

Отличный отель, расположенный в комплексе Samarkand City, вдали от центральной части города — здесь тихо и спокойно, без городской суеты. Такси до центра занимает примерно 20–25 минут. Отличный выбор на завтраке. Сервис на высоком уровне — от стойки регистрации до входа в SPA-центр. Было особенно приятно получить комплимент в виде торта в честь дня рождения. Прекрасный SPA: бассейн, джакузи и красивый вид на реку.

Shahjahon Hotel is located in a very unassuming neighborhood, tucked among local houses and small shops. But once you step through its gates, you’re welcomed by a magnificent, quintessentially Uzbek façade, charming! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy after a long day of exploring. We were treated to a typical Uzbek breakfast, generous and nourishing. The hotel is just a short walk from Registan Square and the main historical attractions, making it very convenient. A lovely and comfortable base for exploring Samarkand.

The hotel service was excellent. The staff were very friendly—they allowed me to check in early and even arranged an early breakfast so I could make it to the airport on time. It was great value for the price.

Always my choice when I’m in Samarkand. The hotel owner was very kind to upgrade my room during my stay. Strategic location to many historical places, shops and restaurants. Overall the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
