Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Samarkand

Best hotel of my trip in Uzbekistan. The hotel itself is an attraction; every corner is ”Instagrammable” and the location is unbeatable. Beyond the beauty of the building, the staff are wonderful. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering tea and snacks while I waited out a rainstorm in the lobby after checkout. Really make my day on a rainy day.

Das Hotel ist einfach wunderbar! Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal! Frühstück ausgezeichnet! Spa ausgezeichnet! Sehr genossen, empfehlen! Wenn ich wieder in Samarkanda bin, werde ich dieses Hotel sicher reservieren!

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

Eine gute Wahl, aber das Hotel erinnerte mich nicht daran, zwei Stunden früher einzuchecken, und ich musste 40 $ bezahlen! **** sagte kein Wort: „Moment mal, jetzt ist es doppelt so teuer.“ Nimm einfach das Geld und hör auf zu reden. Sprachlos 😓, das Frühstück ist wirklich super, zu den guten Sachen muss ich noch mehr sagen.

Ich hatte einen wirklich guten Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war neu, sauber und der Preis war wirklich vernünftig sogar inklusive das Frühstück. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und freundlich. Ich würde anderen sehr empfehlen. Wenn ich wieder nach Samarkand reise, werde ich definitiv dort bleiben.

Ich möchte die Bescheidenheit des Personals betonen, das uns begrüßt hat, das die Anerkennung, die wir in diesem Hause erhalten haben, wirklich zu Hause gehört haben, bei der Empfangskontrolle geht unser bestes Dank für die Art und Weise, wie er uns aufgenommen hat. Ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr jung und ich denke, dass sie miteinander kommunizieren können. Als ich die Rezeption konsultierte, sagte er, ich könne nicht auf Smartphones laden, weil er mir einen Ladegerät liege, als wäre es ein anderer Mitarbeiter, wenn der Stromsitz nicht passt. Außerdem kann ich das Gepäck vor dem Ankunftsverfahren absetzen und das Hotelwasser kostenlos bekommen. Das ist meine einzige Zeit, um sich zu entspannen, weil ich auf einem fremden Land im Hotel wohne. Ich will wieder nach Samarach. Damals wollte ich wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ein anderes Hotel mit dem gleichen Namen ist ca. 1 km vom Hotel entfernt, in Yandex können Sie sehen.

Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, in Bezug auf die Reinheit, Service. Frühstück ist sehr anständig, Lage ist schön, Ort ist ruhig. Eins aber))) warum sie nicht auf der Couch auf der Rezeption liegen können, zum ersten Mal, dass ich so traf))) und so alles ist großartig, gehen Sie zur Sitzung des Gastes!)

Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Essen ist schmackhaft und bietet kostenfreie Behandlungsbescheinigung. Genießen.
