Wellnesshotels in Samarkand

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

ホテルは美しく、部屋も広く清潔で快適でした。 ペットボトル、インスタントのコーヒーと紅茶、ケトル、ミニ冷蔵庫が備わっています。セーフティBoxはありません。お風呂にバスがあり一日の疲れを癒してくれました。 朝食にはウズベキスタンには珍しくサーモンや魚類もありました！朝食会場は広くてリラックスできる雰囲気がありました。 チェックアウトは10時です。

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Wir haben drei Personen eingerichtet, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Dekoration ist sehr speziell, der Service ist sehr warm, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, Sie können Ihre Gepäck speichern, Sie können uns auch beim Abflug des Geschäftes helfen, kostenlose Zustellungen an die Bahnhofs zu organisieren und ein besonderes Geschenk des Geschäftes zu senden, und intim mit uns zu vermissen! Zusammenfassend, die Unterkunft war großartig! Die einzige Schönheit, die nicht genug ist, ist, dass es keine Schleier und Schleier gibt!

Останавливался в Mustafa Hotel в Самарканде. Отель открылся только в этом году — всё абсолютно новое, свежее и работает идеально. Мне всё очень понравилось. Что хочется отметить отдельно: 1. Сам отель очень красивый и современный. Интерьер продуман до мелочей — стильно, со вкусом, чувствуется, что вкладывали душу. Приятно находиться в холле, в номерах, в общих зонах. Не просто ”столовская” чистота, а реально красивый дизайн. 2. Отличный бассейн. Большой плюс для Самарканда — после долгого дня прогулок по жаре очень приятно окунуться. Бассейн чистый, ухоженный, с удобной зоной отдыха вокруг. 3. Всё новое. Поскольку отель открылся в этом году, нет ни изношенной мебели, ни потёртых покрытий, ни сантехники с накипью. Всё работает как часы. Это огромный плюс, который перекрывает многие другие моменты. 4. Отель современный, но при этом уютный. Не огромная безликая ”бетонная коробка”, а аккуратный, продуманный вариант для комфортного отдыха. В общем, если хотите остановиться в действительно новом, красивом отеле с отличным бассейном и стильным интерьером — Mustafa Hotel отличный выбор. Я остался очень доволен.

Хороший отель с качественным ремонтом. Мне понравилось.

Das Zimmer kann etwas alt und der Badezimmerraum klein sein. Der Service muss übersetzt werden.

Ein schönes Hotel! Das Zimmer ist sauber, geräumig, mit allen notwendigen (Zahnpasta, Bürsten, Shampoo). Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, hatte immer süße Erdbeeren und Busch. Es gibt einen Schwimmbad und eine Sauna, wir buchen und gingen jeden Tag. Die Reise wurde meiner Mutter zum Geburtstag gegeben, in der Beschreibung erwähnt, und für meine Mutter hat ein Kuchen 🥹 Sehr schön!

Unerwartete Hotels, sehr neu, alle Aspekte der Einrichtungen sind neu geprägt, die Hotelservice-Einstellung ist auch gut, aber ich hatte schon frühzeitig gesagt, ich habe am Morgen helfen, das Frühstück zu packen und das Kühlschrank zu paken, und ich habe keine Vereinbarung gesehen.
