The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

This was my first time to Chicago and I was not disappointed. This hotel was amazing and great service. I also enjoyed breakfast each day. You can choose from buffet or regular menu. I also enjoyed my Espresso Martini from the bar! This hotel is located to attractions like the Hop on Hop off bus, stop 1 near the riverwalk. You can also see the Chicago Theater which is just a few feet away. I also love that the train station, on State/Lake is just up the block to ride the red or brown line. The blue line is 4 minutes away so if you need transportation to the airport, you can take the blue line. I will definitely come back to this hotel again during the summer. Thank you for providing such good service.

Am Morgen kam das Hotel schnell und sagte mir, dass es kein Zimmer gab, aber ich habe zwei Monate vorzeitig gebucht. Der Hotelmanager sagte, ich habe versucht, mich an diesem Tag zu kontaktieren, aber ich habe keine Anrufe erhalten. Nach der Kommunikation gab ich ein Schlafzimmer, und ich habe zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht. Nach der Anhörung mit Trip.com wurde die erste Nacht vermieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist besser, in einer wunderschönen Kilometerzone. Es gibt einen Bar auf der 15-Ebene, der Sie ausruhen können. Das Zimmer ist noch groß, das Bett weich und ist sauber.

My family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

Excellent location, safe neighborhood. Love the staff. Rooms are clean and great. Our highlight was the breakfast every morning.

Das Hilton Magnificent Mile hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und der Blick auf die Stadt atemberaubend. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und sorgte dafür, dass mein Aufenthalt angenehm und komfortabel war. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit einfachem Zugang zu den Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben über einen Drittanbieter ein Zimmer gebucht, das leider für die falschen Daten gebucht war. Der Drittanbieter teilte uns mit, dass er uns das Geld zurückerstatten würde, das Hotel unsere Reservierung jedoch stornieren müsse. Wir riefen sofort an, nachdem wir innerhalb einer Stunde feststellten, dass die Daten falsch waren. Die Reservierung galt für zwei Tage ab diesem Zeitpunkt. Das Hotel sagte, es würde sie nicht stornieren. Sie berechneten uns fast 600 Dollar für ein Zimmer, in dem wir nicht übernachteten, und riefen vorher an, um unsere Situation zu erklären. Sie erlaubten uns auch nicht, die Tage auf die Tage zu ändern, die wir eigentlich wollten. Obwohl das Hotel schön ist und das Personal freundlich war, selbst als es die schlechten Nachrichten überbrachte, werde ich nicht wieder bei ihnen buchen.

Excellent location right in downtown Chicago, close to most attractions including the Bean. Clean and spacious rooms and clean baths. Would stay again. Excellent value for money.

Der Service ist zufrieden, die Umgebung ist schön, der Stil ist einzigartig, die Gesundheit ist vorhanden, die Einstellung ist friedlich, die Zimmer sind sauber, die Einrichtungen sind vollständig, die Lebensmittelsicherheit, der Geschmack ist einzigartig und die Zusammensetzung ist perfekt.

Zimmer sind veraltet, aber sehr geräumig für andere Städte. Ich schätze das Hilton Honor Team, leicht zugänglich zu sein durch Text, der Dinge sehr bequem machte. Ich empfehle diesen Ort meinen Freunden, die Chicago besuchen.
