The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

The room was really clean, well-equipped, nice, and the views were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the pool area almost every day. However, the service and management are incredibly disappointing. During our 4-night stay, the Xfinity TV system didn't work at all. We reported it to front desk, but nobody showed up. As sports fans, we missed the NHL Finals and the soccer World Cup entirely. On top of that, the hotel has been holding an $800 security deposit on my credit card for nearly a month since check-out. I have sent two emails directly to the General Manager, to request compensation for the broken amenities, but I have been completely ignored. Very unprofessional post-stay customer service. Beware of their communication failures.

Die Reservierung von Zimmern ist hauptsächlich wegen der Tatsache, dass das Hotel in der Nähe ist groß, die öffentlichen Aktivitäten sind sehr bequem, die Einreise ist sehr schwach, die Zimmer sind auch groß genug, die Einrichtungen sind nicht sehr neu, die Klimaanlage ist etwas schwach, im Allgemeinen OK

Hotelservice: Ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und kümmerte sich umgehend um alle Anliegen. Hygiene: Insgesamt sehr gut. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich. Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei meiner Ankunft musste ich sieben verschiedene Zimmerkarten benutzen, um die Tür zu öffnen, und am nächsten Tag ging sie gar nicht mehr auf, sodass ich eine weitere Karte verwenden musste. Die meisten Steckdosen im Zimmer waren mit der Nachttischlampe verbunden, aber einige hatten schlechte Verbindungen … die Nachttischlampe ließ sich nicht aufladen. Frühstück: Durchschnittlich, besser als nichts.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen guten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage war perfekt, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermärkten (Trader Joe’s) und Restaurants. Es war sehr praktisch, mit meiner älteren Mutter zu reisen. Ich habe mich größtenteils sicher gefühlt, bis auf die letzte Nacht, als es gegen 3 Uhr morgens draußen etwas laut wurde. Es gab eine Schlägerei. Während meines viertägigen Aufenthalts wurde mein Zimmer aus irgendeinem Grund nicht gereinigt, aber ich bekam auf Anfrage schnell Wasser, Handtücher usw. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Die Rezeptionistin, eine freundliche, aufgeschlossene schwarze Frau, war sehr hilfsbereit und beantwortete alle Fragen. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Klimaanlage war etwas laut. Gegenüber war wohl eine Bar, und wenn man früh zurück war, konnte man Saxophonmusik hören. Das hat mir persönlich gut gefallen, und es ging auch nicht bis spät in die Nacht. Das könnte man als Besonderheit bezeichnen. Der Aufenthalt war vielleicht etwas teuer, aber das lag wohl an der Reisezeit.

Perfekt! Nettes Hotel! Bitte bleiben! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für den Familienaufenthalt. Sie haben sogar ein komfortables Sofabett!

Der Service ist zufrieden, die Umgebung ist schön, der Stil ist einzigartig, die Gesundheit ist vorhanden, die Einstellung ist friedlich, die Zimmer sind sauber, die Einrichtungen sind vollständig, die Lebensmittelsicherheit, der Geschmack ist einzigartig und die Zusammensetzung ist perfekt.

Große Lage, geräumige Suite, Tom am Frontdesk war sehr nett und professionell. Die einzige Frage war, dass zwei Aufzüge nicht in Betrieb waren, so dauerte es ein bisschen länger, um aufzustehen und nach unten zu kommen. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel noch empfehlen
