Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Sehr zuvorkommend. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Praktische Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn. Viele Frühstücksoptionen zur Auswahl. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

JJourney Miles Away 4We stayed in this modern hotel from Wednesday May, 22nd-Sunday May, 26th. The only problem that we ran into was the front desk charged us for the stay as well as Trip.com. However, the staff members worked to get everything rectified in a timely manner. Also, it’s important to note that housekeeping does not frequently come to clean the rooms or replenish towels and cloths. If you need them and request them, they are available but just don’t expect a daily visit!

GGastnutzerAm Morgen kam das Hotel schnell und sagte mir, dass es kein Zimmer gab, aber ich habe zwei Monate vorzeitig gebucht. Der Hotelmanager sagte, ich habe versucht, mich an diesem Tag zu kontaktieren, aber ich habe keine Anrufe erhalten. Nach der Kommunikation gab ich ein Schlafzimmer, und ich habe zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht. Nach der Anhörung mit Trip.com wurde die erste Nacht vermieden.
Die Lage des Hotels ist besser, in einer wunderschönen Kilometerzone. Es gibt einen Bar auf der 15-Ebene, der Sie ausruhen können. Das Zimmer ist noch groß, das Bett weich und ist sauber.

GGastnutzerThe facilities were good. The check in staff was excellant and very accommodating. Upon my return I discovered a 40.00 charge on my card. When I called to get a explanation of this I was placed on a lengthy hold then asked for my confirmation number which I had to look up as it was not readily available. When I returned to the call it was disconnected. Had to call back hold again then asked for last name not confirmation number. So a bit confused about that. Then told that the charge was 40.00 for parking, surprise surprise. I don't mind the fee, the surprise I do mind as well as the condescending, surly attitude from the person I spoke with. Think I'll choose some where else on my next trip to chicago.

The room was ok, nothing special for the price. The hotel is in a great neighborhood, and check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and showed me to my room. However, checkout is stated at 11am. Ten minutes before checkout, the staff was banging at my door rushing me to get out because the next guest was already there.
In all other experiences, when I arrive at a hotel early before check-in, they don’t go rush to kick the guest out of my room before their designated checkout time. I drop my bags off and enjoy whatever place I’m visiting and go to my room later. I don’t see why this was necessary and put a sour end to my stay.

EErian RoseWährend unseres letzten Aufenthalts im Hotel erlebten wir eine Vielzahl von positiven und negativen Aspekten. Wir nahmen Reservierungen für das Neujahr ab, um unseren ersten Besuch in Chicago mit meinem Partner und Freunden zu markieren.
Während wir die allgemeine Erfahrung genossen, fanden wir das Hotel teuer als im Stadtzentrum. Die Parkgebühren waren besonders übertrieben, und der offene Parkplatz machte Bedenken hinsichtlich der Sicherheit. Zusätzlich haben wir eine Differenz zwischen der Anzahl der Handtücher und Tassen im Zimmer und der Anzahl, die auf unserer Buchung angegeben ist, festgestellt. Obwohl wir beim Ankunftsmitglied des Hotels schnell kontaktiert haben, waren wir noch zwei Tage lang nicht mehr mit Handtüchern und Tassen versehen.
Trotz dieser Fragen erkennen wir an, dass der Aufenthalt selbst angenehm war.

2. Bietet Marathonläufern einen späten Check-out bis 14 Uhr
3. In der Nähe einiger berühmter Touristenattraktionen wie Cloud Gate (The Bean), Startpunkt der Route 66 usw.
4. Kostenlose Flasche Wasser, das einzige Hotel, in dem wir in den USA übernachtet haben, das diesen Service angeboten hat
5. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur nahegelegenen U-Bahn-Station
Nachteile
1. In die Jahre gekommen, einige Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer waren sogar locker und nicht richtig befestigt, z. B. der Wasserhahn
2. In der Nähe gibt es nicht viele Restaurants zur Auswahl
3. Ich habe den Zimmerpreis vor der Ankunft online vollständig bezahlt, aber das Hotel hat mir beim Einchecken trotzdem den gleichen Betrag berechnet. Ich habe beim Hotel nachgefragt und sie haben geantwortet, dass es an ihrem Computerfehler lag, verrückt und nichts zu sagen!

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
