The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

Mein Aufenthalt im Moxi Chicago war fantastisch! Von dem Moment, als wir ins Geh gingen, war die Atmosphäre lebendig, modern und willkommen. Das Zimmer war gedachtgerecht gestaltetjeder Zoll Raum wurde effizient verwendet, ohne Komfort oder Stil zu opfern. Eine meiner Lieblingsteilchen war die Zeit auf dem Außenpatio. Es war der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen, das schöne Wetter zu genießen, und Chat. Die Lobby war voll von Leben mit einem großen DJ, der einen Spaß erzeugt, und ich schätze, dass die Snack- und Trinkauswahl Qualitätsoptionen in der Stelle der einfachen typischen Junk-Nahrung enthalten. Wir waren sogar mit komplimentären Getränken willkommen, was ein wirklich schöner Kontakt war. In unserem Aufenthalt waren wir immer sicher, und jedes Mitarbeiter, mit dem wir interagierten, war freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich hilfreich. Ich habe auch geliebt, dass die Lounge-Gebiete und Spiele nicht nur dort für Dekorationen waren. Es ist klar, dass die Moxie so konzipiert war, dass Menschen zusammengebracht werden, während sie immer noch einen komfortablen Ort zur Entspannung bietet. Dieser Aufenthalt hat mich vollständig gewonnen. Mein nächster Hotelaufenthalt wird definitiv in einem Moxy-Eigentum. Ich kann nicht warten, um eine andere Lage zu erleben, und ich würde Moxy Chicago sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der einen lustigen, stilvollen und erinnerlichen Aufenthalt in der Stadt sucht!

Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Lage ! Grosses Zimmer mit Koch-Zeile! Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Personal ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und lecker Einen perfekten Aufenthalt gehabt

Hotel was pretty good. A few little annoyances, but these were made up for by the great location; right on the river with incredible views from the windows. It’s a bit of a mission to get to the rooms (up one elevator through the restaurant to another set of lifts and up again). Despite the 3 elevators from the ground floor up to the 15th reception, they took ages. It’s as if only one of the worked and it’s a direct lift! The breakfast buffet was pretty standard with run-of-the-mill offerings - it’s quite a walk to the tables from the buffet area so you get you steps in. Room was pretty good - though it was a good 6-7 minutes for the hot water to run through to the shower. I arrived back one evening to discover the hadn’t made up my room, which was no big deal. What would they have done really other than make the bed. I also had a good 10 minute wait to get by bags which were being held for crud day. It seems only the bellman has a key and he was off attending other guests. All in all it was a good stay and the location alone was worth it.

Es gibt keine Mikrowelle, der Safe funktioniert nicht, die Batterien sind verrostet und WLAN ist zeitweise nicht verfügbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gut. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt in Chinatown. Für den Aufzug ist aus Sicherheitsgründen eine Karte erforderlich. Die Rezeptionistin, Frau Kuang, arbeitet gewissenhaft und verantwortungsbewusst. Ich mag sie!

Ich kam für einen dreitägigen und zweitägigen Ausflug nach Chicago. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist gut. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es einen Whole Foods-Supermarkt und zwei Blocks entfernt einen Trade Joes. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr einfach, standardmäßig gibt es Brot und eine Obstsorte, Milch, Joghurt, Tee und Kaffee.

The location was great. It is walking distance to downtown and sightseeing areas to see in Chicago. Room was spacious, and breakfast buffet was good. The elevator and hallway carpet floor is a bit rundown and needs more cleaning. Their staff are helpful. Overall, our stay was good.

Ich blieb im Hotel für zwei Nächte und drei Tage Ende Dezember 2025. Leider war meine Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend. Das Heizungssystem in meinem Zimmer war extrem laut, was es schwer zu schlafen machte. Während meiner gesamten Aufenthalt gab es keinen Hauspflegeservice oder Handtücherersatz, was sehr ungünstig war. Das Gebäude fühlt sich auch ziemlich alt; auch der Aufzug hat sich immer bewegt. Das Frühstück wurde einbezogen, aber die Auswahl war begrenzt und die Gesamtqualität war schlecht. In mehreren Morgens gab es keine Füllungen, als die Dinge ausliefen, und selbst wenn ich um 8:00 Uhr ankam, war die meisten der Lebensmittel schon weg. Es fühlte sich ehrlich wie ein „Frühwarszon“. Ich hoffe, Ihr Hotel nimmt diese Fragen ernst und verbessert die Erfahrung der Gäste, die sich vorantreiben.

Bietet Marathonläufern einen späten Check-out bis 14 Uhr 3. In der Nähe einiger berühmter Touristenattraktionen wie Cloud Gate (The Bean), Startpunkt der Route 66 usw. 4. Kostenlose Flasche Wasser, das einzige Hotel, in dem wir in den USA übernachtet haben, das diesen Service angeboten hat 5. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur nahegelegenen U-Bahn-Station Nachteile 1. In die Jahre gekommen, einige Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer waren sogar locker und nicht richtig befestigt, z. B. der Wasserhahn 2. In der Nähe gibt es nicht viele Restaurants zur Auswahl 3. Ich habe den Zimmerpreis vor der Ankunft online vollständig bezahlt, aber das Hotel hat mir beim Einchecken trotzdem den gleichen Betrag berechnet. Ich habe beim Hotel nachgefragt und sie haben geantwortet, dass es an ihrem Computerfehler lag, verrückt und nichts zu sagen!

One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
