Sandia is a beautiful hotel, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Trip.com for providing such a great rate for my husband and I to be able to stay at this hotel for the first time. The whole experience there was wonderful!

The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff. I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!

Ich suche nach lokalen Hotels, die sauber, freundlich und sicher sind. Der Querque hat alle diese Anforderungen getroffen und dann einige. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, aber wir werden gewahrt und sehr sauber. Jedes Personalmitglied, das ich traf, war freundlich und effizient, und als ich den Manager traf, konnte ich sehen, warum. Ich werde sicher zurückkommen, wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin.

So close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot. It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good. Staff was great, food was fine and served fast. On the down side one two items: 1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh 2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

This quality Inn and suites was by far the nicest two star hotel I have ever stayed in! Everything worked… The staff is amazing… I loved it here and will stay here every time I come to Albuquerque!

Nach dem Eintritt ins Zimmer wurde auch festgestellt, dass das Doppelbett klein ist. Im Gegensatz zu den Fotos, wenn Sie bereit sind, zu waschen, fanden Sie, dass die Abwasserbehandlung nicht gut ist. Wie ein Abwasserbehandlungsschrank kann ich nicht abnehmen. Schließlich habe ich das Toilettenpapier aus der Abwasserbehandlung mit einem Schrank und einigen Haaren herausgenommen. Ich glaube, die Hotelreinigungskräfte haben das Problem nicht gefunden. Am nächsten Tag gingen wir raus. Die Hausbediensteten dachten, wir lebten nur einen Tag. Wir kamen ins Zimmer bis zum Abend. Unsere Gepäck waren alle weg. Mein Herr ging zum Tisch und fragte, ob es gut war, dass es nicht verschwunden ist. Ich denke, das Hotel hat nicht erneut bestätigt, dass der Preis der Wohnungen im Verhältnis zum New Mexico City-Wärmeball Festival insgesamt steigt und dass es keineswegs wert ist, das reale Zimmer zu kaufen. Es gibt auch keine Hotels, die einen Wärmeball Festival haben. Und ich habe Anfang Juli gebucht, Ich schwöre, dass ich e-amll nicht antworte, ich kann nur anrufen und fragen, es ist nicht geeignet, für Leute, die nicht Englisch sprechen, zu bestellen

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much.
