Overall this hotel is good if you just need a bed and a warm shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful! This is a no frills stay but gives you the necessities and a safe spot within the city. The hotel is gated to keep unwanted visitors out and our rental car was safe in the lot. The beds aren’t the nicest, very stiff, and the pillows were very flat- but for the price per night it was fine. We didn’t spend any time in the room except to shower and sleep- which this hotel was perfect for lol. Our room had a smoke smell to it, but we were fine dealing with it. Notified the front deals and they made sure to make a note of it so we weren’t charged smoking fee. Pros: cheap, nice helpful staff, hot shower, good water pressure, gated lot, decently safer area than further into Albuquerque.. Cons: hard bed, flat pillows, thin towels, landlord special upkeep lol.

The place was clean and they did not charge the 200 deposit just a 75 hold which was much more convenient. The breakfast was decent as they had omelets and sausages along with pancakes. Would stay here again at a reasonable price.

The room that I stade the air conditioner made aloud noise when running. The hotel was out darted it is in need of a face lift. The hotel staff will not change your linen or do anything in your room if you are booked in for a week. They if you want clean sheets or tiles you have to bring them to the office and exchange them. If you have a stain of on them they are going to change you$25.00 per item even a face or hand towel. I thought that was crazy. I left a day earlier than when I was supposed to. I did take a video of the room. I just have figure how to up load it

This quality Inn and suites was by far the nicest two star hotel I have ever stayed in! Everything worked… The staff is amazing… I loved it here and will stay here every time I come to Albuquerque!

Останавливались на одну ночь, приятно порадовал прохладный бассейн с горячей джакузи и наличие просторного спортзала, номер на 1 этаже был огромный с очень высокими потолками и огромным диваном, простой, но вкусный завтрак и приветливый персонал.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much.

Der Platz liegt in der Nähe des Konventszentrums, 5 min. Fahrt Das Zimmer war sauber, als wir da waren. Die Jungs am Helpdesk waren sehr nett und immer bereit, zu helfen. Das Frühstück bietet sehr wenige Granola-Bars, weniger Äpfel, einige Joghurt und Kaffee, nur regelmäßigen Zucker. Kein Süßer irgendwie, die Saftmaschine funktionierte nicht die 4 Tage, die wir dort geblieben. Reinigung des Zimmers. Sie verlangen, dass der Kunde die Reinigung des Zimmers beantragt. .Schreiben Sie es in einem Post und unterschrieben es! dann der Kerl am Helpdesk auch unterschrieben.
