GGastnutzerI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff.
I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again.
Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!

GGastnutzerWir reservierten ein Kings Zimmer, bezahlten es und erhielten eine Bestätigung. Erst nach dem Einchecken und dem Zutritt ins Zimmer fanden wir heraus, dass es 2 Doppelbetten waren. Als mein Mann ins Zimmer ging, sagte eine Person auf dem Büro, die Könige seien alle gebucht, die andere Person auf dem Büro sagte, es sei ein Modell und es gab keine King-Betten. Ich weiß nicht, was wahr ist. Sie waren eindeutig nicht daran interessiert, uns überhaupt zu helfen, und da wir bereits alle unsere Gepäck entladen hatten, blieben wir dort trotzdem. WARN, dass was Sie buchen, nicht das ist, was Sie erhalten und in der Anlage und das wurde nicht überall erklärt.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Zimmer ist groß, es gibt einen Mikrowellenschrank mit einem Kühlschrank sehr bequem und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Das Schlafzimmer hat eine Massage und kann entspannt werden. Die Rezeption-Service-Einstellung ist sehr freundlich und freundlich und bietet eine Anhörung.

SStephen CornwellHotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.

Das Zimmer war sauber, als wir da waren.
Die Jungs am Helpdesk waren sehr nett und immer bereit, zu helfen.
Das Frühstück bietet sehr wenige Granola-Bars, weniger Äpfel, einige Joghurt und Kaffee, nur regelmäßigen Zucker. Kein Süßer irgendwie, die Saftmaschine funktionierte nicht die 4 Tage, die wir dort geblieben.
Reinigung des Zimmers. Sie verlangen, dass der Kunde die Reinigung des Zimmers beantragt. .Schreiben Sie es in einem Post und unterschrieben es! dann der Kerl am Helpdesk auch unterschrieben.
