Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber, die geografische Lage ist gut, aber das einzige Problem ist, dass es nicht klar ist, ob die Rezeption dieses Ladens betrieben wird. Während des Aufenthalts wurde die Party im Nebenzimmer eröffnet. Die Morgenröte störten die anderen sehr, weil ich nicht westlich sprach, so dass ich mit den Gästen der Nebenstelle nichts zu tun habe. Ich suche nach einer Rezeption, um zu helfen, zu kommunizieren. Aber ich weiß nicht, ob sie nicht gefahren sind oder wie. Die Nebenstelle hat nichts zu tun. Es könnte sein, dass sie über zwei Stunden müde sind oder schlafen, bevor sie die Musik aufhören.

Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again. Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now

I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton. Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again

I wish there were a fridge and a kettle in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it! Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.

In Flughafennähe gelegen, mit kostenlosem Shuttlebus. Sauber, ruhig und mit relativ aufmerksamem Service. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet; die Klimaanlage ist lauter als ein Flugzeug; der Duschkopf sprüht nicht gleichmäßig; Seife, Wattestäbchen usw. fehlen. Der Preis ist hoch.

Ein großer Ort mit einer sehr beeindruckenden Lobby und Fassade. Das Zimmer war schön, obwohl ein bisschen klein. Während die Mitarbeiter vor allem groß waren, waren wir bei ein paar Gelegenheiten enttäuscht. Erstens nahmen sie unsere Badehandtücher ohne sie zu ersetzen. Als wir nach Handtüchern rufen, sagten sie, sie würden jemanden sofort schicken, aber wir haben sie nie erhalten und mussten uns mit unseren Kleidern trocknen. Zweitens mussten wir um 7 Uhr gehen und fragten, ob wir etwas früher essen könnten. Sie waren nicht bereit, etwas zu organisieren. Jedes andere Hotel, das wir geblieben haben, würde eine Brekkie-Box organisieren, wenn Sie nicht in der Lage sind, Frühstückszeit zu machen, da dies Teil unseres Aufenthalts war und daher eine Dienstleistung, die wir bezahlt hatten.
