One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.

酒店是新開沒多久的，內部硬件設施高端有品質，但是，酒店管理概念不適配酒店定位，這個有四星水準的酒店放的礦泉水是最低端的酒店渠道水，冰箱裏就放了一個比較低端的酸奶（後換房間冰箱裏沒東西，標準不一致且冰箱沒開），水果也是遊客入住前就放房間了，不知道放了幾天（建議入住後再現洗現送，節省成本可以不送，我也沒吃），前台一開始（女接待）辦入住時沒有主動告知訂購房間附贈相關權益和體驗內容，也沒主動告知任何其他事項（就告訴我升級一個面積一樣的行政大床，但我沒感受到升級後有啥更好的體驗），給遊客很差的體驗，情緒價值為負（本來來之前蠻開心的）。後來電話向前台提出建議後，酒店比較重視，態度也很積極，並換了大一點的房間，也向我作了解釋，物品擺放是酒店規定，非他們控制，我也表示理解。強烈建議酒店加強培訓，注意細節，提供與酒店相匹配的服務質量和一次性（食）用品，你可以適當提高價格，但不要提供（甚至不提供）低端的食用品。

老闆入住當天上午就聯繫我發送了定位和入住説明，天氣不好行李多還幫我找了超近的停車位，老闆説了有問題可以直接聯繫老闆哈哈哈。民宿位置很好找，外觀是紅色的很顯眼，在巷子裏距離路邊5米卻並沒有什麼噪音，旁邊有個小超市24小時的買零食很方便，周邊有居民居住很有市井氣。晚上一起圍坐一樓吃個火鍋太舒服啦。揚州這兩天氣温很低，二樓卧室空調夠用了，而且有多的被子可以加蓋。衞生間有浴缸，我們沒有用，本來擔心一個衞生間人多熱水不夠用，結果看到有三個熱水器，我們六個人洗完還有熱水。春節時候看了揚州所有酒店價格翻兩三倍不止，實在捨不得，春節後這個價格訂到這個房型性價比太高了，三四個人住就更舒適啦。
