賈浩the manager was very helpful and his staff too. The hotel is situated in the old town part of Yangzhou. We visited Dongguan Street and the nearby canal system. They are well worth checking out for history and local food. To me stinky tofu was a must. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. We loved the various steamed buns and dumplings. My family is originally from Yangzhou so I loved the food here. Some westerners might find the restaurants a bit basic and not decorative enough. Also Chinese men are still spitting in the open too much. Slim West Lake was wonderful. We had tour guide 呂琳 to talk us through the various attractions in the Lake. We were very happy with the tour.

Absolutely amazing place! Gym was very well equipped, 2 rooms. The breakfast was superb as well, many kinds of pastries, snacks, main foods, good coffee, western and asian. Andy and another reception girl were beyond amazing and helped us so much during our stay. Everyone went above and beyond, it was really amazing. Won't stay at any other hotel when in Yangzhou.

I've stayed at many hotels due to frequent business trips, but this hotel is definitely the best. Among the reception staff, Tian Tiantu and Changchang were particularly kind. I have an appointment in a place where it's burdensome to walk because I have an appointment. I asked for a taxi, but they personally transported me to the hotel vehicle so I could travel to the location for free. There are also some where you can have a simple meal late in the evening, and in my experience, breakfast is more diverse than hotels of similar size. It wasn't the kindness of one staff member, but all the employees were good. Even when I checked out and left the hotel, they picked me up to the train station. They also packed a gift containing Yangzhou specialties. Next time I go on a business trip to the same area, I will definitely use this hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff who helped me during my stay.

The lobby is well heated. A coffee machine is found in the lobby. This is the only hotel that provides one in the lobby of the seven hotels that we stayed in. The coffee machine offers only espresso and americano. On arrival, we opted to push our luggage on the ram so as to avoid lifting them while walking up the steps. But the entrance of the ram was blocked by e-scooters etc. We complaint to the front office staff and the problem was later rectified. We were handed tooth brush by the front office staff upon check-in. Only 1 key card was given. Most hotels give 2. There are storage compartments for luggage available. But you have to do it yourself via some apps. Guests should not have to do this themselves. Service ranges from average to poor. Universal socket is not provided in the room. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Refrigerator is cold. There’s both air-conditioning and heating. Therefore, guests have a choice. Auto-door closer is not installed for the room door. So we had to make sure that our door is locked when we leave the room. Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. Toothbrush, shower cap, comb, hand towel etc was not replenished in the following day. Consequently, we wrote a list of the items and things that we needed done and place it on the bed for the room attendant to carry out. We normally switch off all the lights in the room when we sleep. We only have the shower cubicle and toilet lights on. This can’t be done. We have to choose between all lights off or some lights on in the room as well. Consequently, we didn’t sleep well for five nights. Range and quality of food is poor. Quantity is small. Milk and yogurt are dispensed from machines. Restaurant is heated. Knife is not offered. I wanted one to spread the butter on the toast. However, forks are provided! I had to switch on the toaster myself. I didn’t know how and a staff showed me. Then the staff asked me to switch it off after use. This is my first encounter with such a ridiculous breakfast situation! It is not my responsibility to switch off the toaster after use! Service is poor. There are moments when the entire restaurant is void of service staff. They are either in the kitchen or dish-washing area. There’s only one coffee machine and when it runs out of milk etc, one has to wait for a few minutes. This is below our expectations. Brown sugar is not offered. Butter was placed, in the same basket, with the jam. There were so few that I missed it. It’s strange for breakfast table to have partitions especially after covid.

Unser Aufenthalt in Yangzhou war wirklich wunderbar. Die Dienstleistungen, Einrichtungen, Lebensmittel und die allgemeine Umgebung des Hotels waren alle absolut 5-star Qualität. Was uns am meisten beeindruckt war das Personal ihre Wärme, Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit auf Details ging weit über die Erwartungen hinaus. Stayed at HanTing Hotel (Yangzhou Slender West Lake Dongguan Street Scenic Area) during my visit to Yangzhou and found it to be a very convenient and good-value choice. The location is probably its biggest advantage. The hotel is right by Dongguan Historical Street, making it extremely convenient for exploring the old quarter, looking for local food and simply wandering around the area. Being able to step out of the hotel and immediately start exploring was something I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, with everything I needed for the stay. For the price, I thought the overall standard was very reasonable. Service was another highlight. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and hospitable, but I would especially like to mention 小孙, who was particularly warm and helpful during my stay. Good service can make a simple hotel stay much more pleasant, and she certainly left a very positive impression. Overall, this is a very good-value hotel in an excellent location. If you’re visiting Yangzhou and want to stay close to Dongguan Historical Street while having a clean, comfortable room and friendly service, I would happily recommend it.

Am Wochenende wird ein Aufpreis von 200 RMB fällig, aber selbst mit diesem Aufpreis ist es immer noch über 200 RMB günstiger als bei Ctrip.** Sauberkeit: Die Wasser- und Kaffeetassen hatten deutliche Flecken. Service: Bei meiner Ankunft durfte ich erst um 15:00 Uhr einchecken, aber am Abreisetag, gegen 8:00 Uhr, putzte das Reinigungspersonal das Zimmer nebenan und machte dabei viel Lärm. Sie unterhielten sich lautstark und weckten mich auf; es war eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Die Lage ist sehr nah am Westsee, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, was super ist.

Das Hotel ist alt, aber der Rezeption Service ist super gut, das Hotel ist auch sehr nah an der Landschaftszone. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super hoch, es gibt einen Hotelparkplatz im Hof, die Art des Frühstücks ist reichhaltig, es gibt keine Mahlzeit, im Allgemeinen ist es nicht schlecht.

: Nach der Tourismussaison in Yangzhou fühlt sich die Menschen wirklich sehr wenig. Es gibt Gefühle, aus der High-Bahn-Station zu gehen, und die Landschaft ist sehr komfortabel.
