Hotel is on Pishi Street, iconic cobbled stones street that is for shopping and photo taking. Hotel staff called the day before checking in, and pulled us into a wechat group that tells us the landmark to take car to, what to do if we drive, and some recommendations for food if we need. They also ask if we have a ETA so that they know and are ready for us. When we reached, their staff brought me to my room, helped me carry my box luggage up to the 2nd floor of the side alley. He helped me set up the aircon (it was originally set to heater mode) and also set up wifi. There is water provided in the fridge at lobby. Apparently the lobby will be locked after 10.30pm and have to access from small side glass door by keycard. Cute and furry cats in the lobby. They provided fruits on the 1st day of stay. Place is convenient and very clean. They provided facial products and even eye masks. Very well put together place and totally justify the price you pay. We just have to wechat them and they will immediately respond. Upon check out, the girl at the counter helped me bring down my heavy luggage again. I had some issues with the lock of the door the 2nd day and they immediately rectified it, and also switched me to a next door room. Thank you to the young chap and young girl at lobby for all the helpful help. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will recommend u to friends if they ask for recs.

Ich hatte einen so angenehmen Aufenthalt im Novotel Yangzhou City Centre! Die Zimmer waren super sauber und komfortabel alles fühlte sich frisch und gut betreut. Was wirklich den Aufenthalt speziell machte, war der erstaunliche Service. Ehrlich gesagt, es fühlte sich wie ich in einem Hotel über 5 Sterne auf dem Weg. Das Personal war alle freundlich und hilfreich, und ich möchte kleinen Jay einen großen Schrei geben Er war unglaublich warm, aufmerksam, und machte mich so willkommen. Sie können ihr wirklich sagen, dass sie sich um die Gäste kümmert und geht die zusätzliche Meile. Wenn ich wieder Yangzhou besuche, werde ich hier sicher bleiben. Sehr empfehlen Sie diesen Ort, wenn Sie nach einer tollen Erfahrung suchen!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Der Fitnessraum hatte genug Ausrüstung und war sauber und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr nett und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.

The lobby is well heated. A coffee machine is found in the lobby. This is the only hotel that provides one in the lobby of the seven hotels that we stayed in. The coffee machine offers only espresso and americano. On arrival, we opted to push our luggage on the ram so as to avoid lifting them while walking up the steps. But the entrance of the ram was blocked by e-scooters etc. We complaint to the front office staff and the problem was later rectified. We were handed tooth brush by the front office staff upon check-in. Only 1 key card was given. Most hotels give 2. There are storage compartments for luggage available. But you have to do it yourself via some apps. Guests should not have to do this themselves. Service ranges from average to poor. Universal socket is not provided in the room. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Refrigerator is cold. There’s both air-conditioning and heating. Therefore, guests have a choice. Auto-door closer is not installed for the room door. So we had to make sure that our door is locked when we leave the room. Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. Toothbrush, shower cap, comb, hand towel etc was not replenished in the following day. Consequently, we wrote a list of the items and things that we needed done and place it on the bed for the room attendant to carry out. We normally switch off all the lights in the room when we sleep. We only have the shower cubicle and toilet lights on. This can’t be done. We have to choose between all lights off or some lights on in the room as well. Consequently, we didn’t sleep well for five nights. Range and quality of food is poor. Quantity is small. Milk and yogurt are dispensed from machines. Restaurant is heated. Knife is not offered. I wanted one to spread the butter on the toast. However, forks are provided! I had to switch on the toaster myself. I didn’t know how and a staff showed me. Then the staff asked me to switch it off after use. This is my first encounter with such a ridiculous breakfast situation! It is not my responsibility to switch off the toaster after use! Service is poor. There are moments when the entire restaurant is void of service staff. They are either in the kitchen or dish-washing area. There’s only one coffee machine and when it runs out of milk etc, one has to wait for a few minutes. This is below our expectations. Brown sugar is not offered. Butter was placed, in the same basket, with the jam. There were so few that I missed it. It’s strange for breakfast table to have partitions especially after covid.

酒店整體服務非常好，辦理入住非常迅速，並且也送了揚州特產揚大酸奶作為歡迎禮品，非常貼心🎉房間整體非乾淨，設施設備還是非常不錯的，整體非常新，空間也足夠大，入住體驗非常好👍附近吃飯非常方便，走路大概10分鐘就有大學城夜市，本地特色菜也好有，選的非常多，有小攤子也有本地的餐飲店，各個檔次都有，最重要的是打車去高鐵站很方便，很容易叫車。如果對定位不熟悉的話可以讓前台幫忙叫車，這樣叫車會快一些，前台的工作人員都非常熱情，非常願意幫忙，非常推薦入住👍

Amazing location, close to the main tourist attractions in the downtown. Clean and cozy place. The front desk very friendly. Definitely a place to stay more than once.

Ich habe dieses Hotel über eine Gruppenbuchung am Singles' Day gebucht und mir während der Neujahrsfeiertage zwei Tage frei genommen, um außerhalb der Hauptsaison zu verreisen. Das Hotel liegt direkt im malerischen Gebiet des Slender West Lake, nur wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Auch das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und nur durch einen Fluss vom See getrennt. Im Winter war es etwas kühl; im März ist Hochsaison. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade mit Thermalbad, was toll war. Das Frühstücksangebot war allerdings begrenzt und durchschnittlich.

The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Their coffee is excellent, and the sweetest little kitten adds such a warm, homely touch to the place. The manager also gave me fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, which I really appreciated. My room was very comfortable, with everything I needed. The hotel itself is perfectly located in a quiet, pleasant setting — ideal for relaxing while still being close to everything. I absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend it a thousand times over!

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

Die Lage ist gut neben dem Donghu Wetland Park (Wanderweite) obwohl es schwer zu kommen, wenn Sie kein Auto haben. Der Ort ist groß, und Sie erhalten einen Balkon mit Ihrem Zimmer. Es ist auch ruhig. Leider, am Tag, an dem ich verließ, mein Didi/Taxifahrer habe ich meine Zeit für 30 Minuten verschwendet (er fahren weiter von mir weg - ich weiß nicht warum) und dann annulliert und machte mich meinen Zug verpassen (Ich bin sicher, das Hotelpersonal erinnert mich, dass ich mit ihm im Lobby telefonisch explodierte). Das Hotel war gut genug, um für mich einen Fahrt zu organisieren (obwohl ich noch nicht den Zug zu fertig gemacht). Glücklicherweise konnte ich einen anderen Zug bekommen, da ich am nächsten Morgen um 7 Uhr an der Arbeit sein musste. Es ist ein schönes Hotel für das Geld, aber ich wünsche Transport von dort war ein wenig zuverlässiger/häufiger.
