The hotel has good service and good breakfast with so many options to choose from. The staff was also nice and managed to assist me with check-in as I arrived at the hotel too early. I'd definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it. The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer. When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.

Good experience overall. Location is just besides the main attraction, 3 min walk to the entrance. The service staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk 小郭 and team provided us good suggestions for nearby sight seeing and hotel activities.

I love this hotel with great appreciation. The mansion we stayed was well maintained and looked after. It has a in-house hot spring with a dedicated pool. Th sitting room is large and comfortable. There is a separate yoga room. Nice touch! The best of experience is from its well trained staff. We felt very welcoming all the time. I have already planned to come back and stay at Slender West Lake Spring Hotel Yangzhou in the coming winter.
