Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alle angesprochenen Probleme wurden zufriedenstellend gelöst, insbesondere die Damen, die am 1. Mai in der Abendschicht gearbeitet haben. Obwohl viele Leute frühstücken, kann das Hotel das Problem sofort lösen und ständig Gerichte hinzufügen, um jeden Geschmack zu befriedigen. Ich werde beim nächsten Besuch in Jiaxing wieder hier übernachten.

Gestern hält die ganze Familie das Hotel Xingjiao Xiaojiao und begrüßt die Soft-Hardware des Hotels. Dieses Hotel ist in der Nähe des Sees sehr gut, die Umgebung ist sehr luxuriös, das Hotel ist auch im Inneren sehr groß, die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Einrichtungen sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, mittel- und Abendessen sind lecker. Die Hotelservice-Standards, das Management und der Service sind sehr bewußt, insbesondere die Damen Chen im Halle, die enthusiastisch und aufmerksam sind, geben uns ein freundliches Gefühl, um uns zu begegnen, und nutzen Sie diese Gelegenheit, um Frau Chen herzlich zu danken!

The hotel is really decent, and the gym is fantastic as well as swimming pool. This hotel have the potential to go 5 stars but there is so much more that need to be improve. The breakfast is just so so so below par. Everything else is actually fantastic, there is a electric tram from the railway station straight to the front of the hotel and the room is spacious, the room is also clean and breakfast area looks good, just the food is not great....so looking forward for their improvement... I would definitely stay here again and again and hope they improve as times goes by.

首先説重點，適合帶娃家庭，以後還會再來的，性價比很高。前台免費升級了景觀房，感謝！ 設施：超預期！好幾個親子遊樂場。室內一個，在8號樓的三樓。室外三個，水母樂園，暢樂園，還有別墅那一塊也有一小塊。暢樂園草坪內有農場，分別有羊，兔子，鴿子，雞，鴨，鵝，孔雀。胡蘿蔔掃碼10元一份，可以自帶洗乾淨的蔬菜水果。 衞生：有潔癖的別來，酒店床頭，櫃子，被子啥的都不太乾淨，我有鼻炎，一直打噴嚏就知道了。私湯裏面有好多碎磚片，實在是無語！還好我提前去清理，不然寶寶直接進去肯定要弄破皮膚！和前台反應了，不知道有沒有彙報上級，這點肯定要加強管理呀！ 環境：場地非常大，復古樓台，現代設施都有，夜晚會有燈光秀，很漂亮！主要是暢樂園這一塊。去的兩天都有煙花表演，一次是別人公司年會。 服務：態度可以的，就是講話語速太快了。。 自助早餐能吃飽，但是沒有很好吃的，附近要開車才有夜市或者農家樂，建議多備點零食給娃吃。送了歡迎水果和桃酥，好評！公共温泉蠻不錯的，我去的時候人少基本算包場了。但是室內衞生也不太管理，水上竟然有塑料飲料瓶，被我撿起來扔出去了。

Dieses vier-Sterne-Hotel ist groß und hell und die Bettwäsche ist komfortabel und weich, so dass ich eine gute Nacht schlafen kann. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Fitnesszimmer, ein Pool-Verschluss usw. Einrichtungen, die auch perfekt sind, um eine gesunde Lebensweise während der Reise zu erhalten. Der Service des Hotels ist wirklich minimal, vom Rezeptor bis zum Gästezimmerservice, jeder Mitarbeiter ist enthusiastisch und professionell. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr bequem, der Parkplatz ist sehr bequem! Ich habe eine sehr schöne Reise erlebt. Nächstes Mal komme ich zum Hotel und wohne es!

Ich war überrascht, wie groß dieses Hotel wirklich ist. Unbeständige Bedingung, alles. Das chinesische Frühstück war wirklich gut. Jeder Wester wird es genießen.

雖然是老的酒店 但是還有的都有 我們住的是家庭套房 兩個衞生間 兩台電視機 適合多人出遊 酒店有自己的停車場，酒店提前聯繫我們提前輸入了我們車的牌照，方便我們停車 大人有大人的拖鞋牙刷 小孩有小孩的拖鞋牙刷 幫我們默默升級成有帳篷的豬豬俠親子房 雖然是人均100多一晚的房間 但我們好像是尊貴的客人 酒店對我們幾乎是有求必應 多了一兩個人頭 酒店幫我們安排早餐 自助早餐每一樣餐品都很棒 僅僅是雞蛋就有茶葉蛋、荷包蛋、太陽蛋、煎蛋、水煮蛋那麼多種類 推薦煎燒賣、拿鐵、西蘭花 每一樣都好吃 我們不太吃甜的 正好豆漿是無糖的（可以自己加糖） 滿意得不能再滿意了 最後退房走出酒店 發現酒店周邊的樹還有停車場的墩子 一個個都包裹上了粗棉線 紅的綠的小朋友特別喜歡 太有心了 一個多麼有愛真正考慮了客人的酒店啊 大大提升了旅行的幸福感

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.
