A hotel I previously stayed at was booked, so I enquired with Villa Rosenaw who had space. It is a fairly new hotel with only about 12 rooms. Mine was a very spacious junior suite with a wonderful bathroom. There is plenty of space to store clothes and the safe actually fits a 15” laptop. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt modern, while still retaining a cosy feel. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very positively surprised both by the menu and the food quality. The staff were very helpful and the receptionist even translated and printed the story of the building for me. They absolutely went above and beyond. There were two minor things I would have liked a little different: It would be great to have a list of TV channels and the coffee machine at breakfast seemed a bit too small for a hotel. But these are only minor and do not detract from the fact that this is a great hotel. We have already decided to use the hotel again next time we visit our business partners in this area.

Insgesamt entspricht es den Standards eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels. Im Verhältnis zu diesem Preis ist der Preis höher. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, neben dem South Lake. Die Innenaufteilung ist vernünftig, die neu eingerichteten Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, hygienisch und der Badewasserfluss ist groß und komfortabel. Nachteile: Der Service ist durchschnittlich, die Grundbedürfnisse können befriedigt werden, aber die Haushälterin hat eine steife Einstellung und Vier-Sterne-Niveau. Es mag am Klima und der alten Baugeschichte des Hotels liegen, und der Schimmelgeruch in den Innenräumen ist sehr stark. Es kann der Geruch von Teppichen sein. Die Fenster sind immer offen, es gibt keine Fliegengitter und es gibt Mücken im Zimmer, die den Schlaf beeinträchtigen. Es gibt eine große Klimaanlage vor dem Fenster, die laut ist und keine Aussicht hat. Die Umgebung ist nicht gut. Tatsächlich ist die ganze Stadt sehr schlecht. Der Müll auf dem Boden stinkt sehr, und überall werden die Gebäude abgerissen. Die ganze Stadt riecht nach Staub, Farbe und Plastik. Die ganze Stadt ist in schlechtem Zustand, Busfahrer wechseln nach Belieben und Bahnverbindungen sind schlecht. Schade diese Stadt.

酒店地理位置極佳，對面就是教堂、古城牆，到南湖以及網紅打卡斜西街燒賣、月河古鎮，梅灣街、紅船很方便，最多走路基本在二十分鐘的路程，慶幸最後選了這家，旁邊就是商場，都可以腿着就可達，真是太方便啦，推薦！ 酒店開業不久，四星標準，房間設計很用心，衞生間與淋浴間可以用推拉門隔斷，用的時候拉上門，不用可以收起，顯得房間很大、敞亮，設計師用了心思，很贊！ 房間衞生尚可，如果保潔員再仔細一點就更好了，衞生間通氣一般如果打掃馬虎一點會有異味。房間沒有寫字枱，衹有一個小圓桌感覺攤不開，東西沒地方擺。 25樓早餐花樣還挺多，大概剛剛過了春節高峯期，吃飯的人不多，備料就不是很多，服務態度挺好，有求必應，25樓自助旋轉餐廳轉一圈要兩個小時，這速度有點慢，吃一頓飯看不全全景，這一點挺遺憾

There were two minor things I would have liked a little different: It would be great to have a list of TV channels and the coffee machine at breakfast seemed a bit too small for a hotel. But these are only minor and do not detract from the fact that this is a great hotel. We have already decided to use the hotel again next time we visit our business partners in this area.

Die Innenaufteilung ist vernünftig, die neu eingerichteten Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, hygienisch und der Badewasserfluss ist groß und komfortabel. Nachteile: Der Service ist durchschnittlich, die Grundbedürfnisse können befriedigt werden, aber die Haushälterin hat eine steife Einstellung und Vier-Sterne-Niveau. Es mag am Klima und der alten Baugeschichte des Hotels liegen, und der Schimmelgeruch in den Innenräumen ist sehr stark. Es kann der Geruch von Teppichen sein. Die Fenster sind immer offen, es gibt keine Fliegengitter und es gibt Mücken im Zimmer, die den Schlaf beeinträchtigen. Es gibt eine große Klimaanlage vor dem Fenster, die laut ist und keine Aussicht hat. Die Umgebung ist nicht gut. Tatsächlich ist die ganze Stadt sehr schlecht.
