適合有車人仕 無車應該不會選擇此間 環境需好 但剛好出門遇見一女子神智不清在我房門前 到晚上回來 見她坐在酒店外車場 服務人只有禮貌 房間亦清潔 只不過會有餅乾碎留在房間的梳化上

This is a regular Premier Inn with separate Brewers Fayre as the restaurant. Please note that you may be located in the Annex which is a separate accommodation block separate to the main reception and accommodation block. There is disabled parking at the Annex. I arrived with my husband who requires a wheelchair, it was inclement weather and we went into reception only to be directed out the rear of the building, across the road to the Annex to our room. It was only then that I was aware of the disabled parking at the Annex so I had to go back to the car, move it to the Annex and offload. Due to the weather we then had to get back into the car to go to the Brewers Fayre for evening meal and then back in the car to get back to the Annex. Sadly we both got wet as we were unaware prior to our arrival, and the reception did not advise us that we could park at the Annex but instead directed us on foot. We should have been made aware that we would not be in the main accommodation block prior to our arrival. Not ideal for disabled persons travelling alone due to your stay involving three separate locations, Reception, Annex and Brewers Fayre restaurant. I would advise that you request an accessible room in the Main Accommodation block for this to be a trouble free stay.

Rooms spotless, staff couldn't be more helpful. They were polite helpful always taking time to smile and chat. Full filled all my needs at a very hard time. I come to family in Swansea a lot and from now on I will book Premier in Swansea north. 5stars

What sets Swansea North apart from the many others I stay at is the staff. They’re so attentive and friendly, so won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Swansea for business.

Stayed here for a couple of times a year for the last ten years due to its location near to the M4 and our reason for being in that area. Some rooms (last visit stayed in main building) ready for a refresh. No plug socket for cpap machine near the bed so bring an extension lead. Although I normally have a room in the annex and these rooms did have sockets next to the bed. There are usb sockets next to the bed for you phones. Staff really very helpfully in general and particularly with our mobility needs.

We have just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel after we were in Swansea for a Sci fi convention the reception staff were friendly and no problem checking in we didn't book breakfast on the Sunday as we were not able to due the time we had to be at the venue the room was clean and tidy the only problem was we couldn't open the window and the wifi didn't work but that didn't spoil our stay there are places to eat which are three minutes away we only had breakfast on the monday which was very nice it would be good if the rooms had a small fridge like they do in the primer plus rooms as that would be useful and add a nice touch we hope to be back in the future

Enjoyable stay. This Premier Inn hotel proved to be excellent in most areas. Hotel is in good condition with clean bedrooms and a pleasant bright and spacious area for breakfast and dinner. Convenient large carpark. Check in was slightly longer than usual on this occasion and signage to the hotel we thought was lacking however we would book again without hesitation if in the area. Usual comfy beds and bathrooms and good heating controls easy to use and efficient. Would recommend.

The hotel is as all Premier Inn's. Comfy, clean. Smelt stale though. The real problem is their Brewers Fayre restaurant. I booked on arrival at the hotel but getting to the restaurant, found I was offered a table in the middle of a queue of people. There were literally two rows of people either side of this table, waiting to give their orders to the bar. I asked for a different table but was told there wasn't one. I pointed to the ten or so tables to my left and was advised they were bar tables. I asked if they could be used for food and was told no. They were next to the restaurant tables and were the same as the restaurant tables, but the computer says no! AVOID THIS HOTEL! And if you have to stay, I recommend the fish and chip shop across the road. Great food, lovely staff.

Awesome staff and environment. Everyone here is so supportive. Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are clean and food in restaurant is too good. I would highly recommend this place if someone is coming for Business or family trip. Would love to come again.
