Das von mir gebuchte Zimmer zum Innenhof war größer als das, was ich auf dem Bild sah. Ausstattung: Komplett und alles was Sie brauchen Hygiene: Da es neu eröffnet wurde, ist das ganze Lokal sehr neu und sauber, aber es riecht unweigerlich nach einer neuen Dekoration. Umgebung: Sehr gut! Die Lage ist großartig, ganz in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten und es gibt viele interessante kleine Gassen in der Nähe, die in alle Richtungen führen! Es gibt viel zu essen und es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Service: Sehr höflich und geduldig bei Fragen. Ich habe in vielen Hotels übernachtet und gebe im Grunde keinen Kommentar ab. Dieses ist wirklich überraschend, da die meisten Hotels auf Bildern besser aussehen als in Wirklichkeit, aber dieses ist tatsächlich besser als Bilder! Ich werde hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Suzhou komme!

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

Ich nahm meine Eltern und meine Tante mit auf die Reise nach Suzhou und Hangzhou. Normalerweise sollten wir um 14 Uhr unser Gepäck an der Rezeption des Hotels aufbewahren war sehr nett und ließ uns früh einchecken. Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei großen Betten gebucht. Sie war sehr sauber, ordentlich und warm. Die Klimaanlage war nachts sehr ruhig und die älteren Menschen schliefen gut. Die Lage ist direkt neben dem Guanqian Park und in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station. Es ist sehr bequem, zum Viertel Pingjiang Road und zum Humble Administrator's Garden zu gelangen. Der Spaziergang oder die Fahrt mit dem Taxi dauert etwa 35 Minuten. Als der Chef hörte, dass wir Pingtan hören wollten, brachte er uns zu einem Nudelladen in der Nähe des B&B, wo wir Pingtan beim Essen hören konnten. Der Nudelladen hat eine schöne Umgebung, vernünftige Preise und guten Geschmack. Er gab uns auch einige Reisevorkehrungen, 👍👍👍 Am nächsten Nachmittag fuhren wir mit dem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug und stellten unser Gepäck frühmorgens an der Hotelrezeption ab. Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr rücksichtsvoll und markierte sogar das Gepäck. Ich werde bei nächster Gelegenheit wiederkommen. Abschließend wünsche ich dem Chef ein erfolgreiches Geschäft und großen Reichtum.

First the positives: Location is unbeatable, right in 观前街，～15 mins walk to 平江路，～25 mins walk to 拙政园/ 苏州博物馆, also easy access to metro (10 -15 mins walk). Hotel is new, room clean, gym/ laundry facilities good, and breakfast spread solid. Short ＜5 mins walk to the nearest didi pickup point as the area is within the pedestrian street. Overall price value is solid. The only negative I have is that cigarette smell is very present in hotel interiors, even in corridors in hotel guestroom floors (thankfully hotel reception/ restaurant area/ and most importantly the room is okay), at one time noticed a guest smoking right in front of elevators. This is understandably more of a culture thing I presume (more on guests and less on hotel), but cigarette smell is the most obvious out of all the similarly valued hotels (even multiple Hampton by Hilton chains throughout China) that I’ve experienced, which makes the overall experience slightly disappointing. I do understand, however, that the hotel listing does advertise “some non-smoking rooms” available on this platform, so at least there’s some expectation of this going in.
