The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. They gave us christmas gift. The service always clean our room. However, I am not comfortable with the pillows they have and it is quite hard. The breakfast has not much western food to offer. Te he locayion is not that convinient no fastfood store or starbucks near to this place. But all in all it was fine

酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，整體還是十分舒適的。酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，同等價位性價比超高，住的很滿意！

設施：很齊全，應有盡有。 衞生：很乾凈 環境：房間沒有異味，很安靜。 服務：服務很好，當天把衣服還有耳機丟房間裏面了，前台小姐還暖心打電話通知了

酒店衞生保潔做得可以。房間在4-6樓。周圍一圈和地下車庫，車位充足。 一樓周邊就是商圈，超市，麪點，小吃，餐飲，生鮮，理髮文具店等配套店面。 衞生間洗澡5秒後出熱水，洗澡舒服。 更重要的事，對面步行過馬路，兩邊有別墅區，5分鐘後就是陽澄湖邊新建生態園林綠化帶，環境不錯。週末釣魚很多人，白條10元一斤，值得買。 酒店願意推薦，價格經濟實惠，又安靜。

Great location, just outside subway station and across the street from Suzhou Central Mall. The staff was superb, particularly a young male staff (didn’t get his name) that tried his best to accomodate our request with a mix of English and Mandarin. Him alone made our stay 5 stars. The breakfast was a new experience to us with a chinese style breakfast. Room was big and comfortable. And there was a fountain show just outside the hotel every night. The only lacking parts was they don’t have coffee and spoon in the room (only tea)

Only stayed for one night but it was worth it. Conveniently located not far away from Eslite Book Store by Didi. It was .a .quick and easy check in. Everything is marked out in easy to read signs. My room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, it was easy to fall asleep. The breakfast was.scrumptious. Sorry no time to take photos this trip. When I want to return for more books at Eslite, I will probably stay here again. 😃😘

If you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me. 1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants. 2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind! 3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed. There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!! Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists. I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them. Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

The hotel was lovey and within a 7 min walk to a metro station. Restaurants are a easy 20 mins walk away. The hotel is new so the amenities and the rooms were clean and orderly. The bathroom was clean with really good hot water. The receptionist Xioa Taozi and her colleagues were helpful and kind with inquiries during the stay. Would recommend the hotel to others!

Einrichtungen: Die Einrichtungen sind sehr charakteristisch, sehr im Gartenstil von Sunnan passen, und das Zimmer bietet kleinen Speisen und Teelöffel. Hygiene: Die Hygiene ist gut, jeder Stock kann grundsätzlich zu einem eigenen Schutz-Tante gelangen, wenn es nötig ist. Umwelt: Die Umwelt ist auch gut, weil es nicht gut ist, nachts zu schlafen. Dienst: Die Rezeption-Miss Sister Service ist sehr gut, der Smile Service ist noch nicht vorhanden, die Erfahrung ist sehr gut, das nächste Mal werde ich gehen.

首先説明不是託，因為從事的也是酒店住宿相關的工作也經常出差，酒店邀請做個評價，那就認真評價一下，酒店工作人員態度也值得做出一個認真的評價： 前台服務：前台工作人員還有保安大叔都很熱情，諮詢前台出行路線和時間，還好前台提醒，自己訂票選錯了車站，及時改簽，非常感謝酒店的前台工作人員還有安保大叔；早上出門前台還熱心提醒3樓有早餐； 客房服務：房間提前開了空調很為客人着想，經常出差，捨得增加能耗成本給客人提前開空調的店鳳毛麟角，這店要麼老闆人好，要麼就是店長有能力； 房間格局：房間大小還有格局都沒問題，挺好的； 客房用品：牙刷拖鞋對比其他同價位酒店還是不錯的，老闆沒在這方面省錢，體驗感很好； 酒店設施：裝修簡約，快捷精品酒店，對比周邊其他酒店還是很有性價比；欠缺之處就是吹風機不太好用，所以這個點評設施衹點4星，其他的都是5星； 不是5星好評，但也是條認真評價的好評；
