小姐姐免費升級了房型，服務態度好，中午沒來得及趕回來，還幫忙打包好行李放一邊，還有免費的礦泉水提供nice， 5號線地鐵非常近，地鐵2號出口直走800米就到酒店，這次非常滿意

Dieses Hotel hat mir einen tiefen Eindruck hinterlassen! Von dem Moment an, an dem ich wohne, kann ich die Begeisterung und Professionalität des Personals der Rezeption fühlen. Sie arbeiten schnell mit den Aufenthaltsverfahren und bieten auch intimen Ratschläge für das Spielen in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, es ist warm und komfortabel, die Bettwaren sind weich und komfortabel und macht die Leute eine gute Nacht. Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr bequem, die Umgebung ist komplett und die Unterhaltungseinrichtungen sind besonders bequem zu reisen. 酒店就在古鎮裏面 附近有停車場 步行幾分鐘即可。 房間還可以，挺乾淨的，老闆也挺熱情的，有問題都能及時處理。 不足的就是 朋友住的那間熱水實在太慢了，放了很久才有點暖還不算很熱，大人倒無所謂，小朋友洗澡後面乾脆在我們房間洗了，然後他們房間內也沒有空調，不過還好有個取暖器 最重要的是！隔音效果實在不行 隔壁説話聲音，夜間入住樓上的走樓梯聲音 房間內走路聲音都聽的一清二楚，搞笑的是 早晨住客下來的聲音真的像滾下來的一樣咚咚咚😂😂😂反正就是聲音挺大的 還好睡得晚醒得早又是自然醒 如果碰到睡眠淺的估計不太行。 但是整個環境説實話還是可以的。 評論衹是個人觀點 僅供參考 還是要自己入住體驗

Dieses Hotel ist seit meiner letzten Übernachtung wirklich abgestürzt. Es braucht nur eine Renovierung, um es wieder an die modernen Standards zu bringen. Sehr alt und jetzt verbraucht. Das Personal war großartig und hilfreich. Frühstück war ok Werden Sie wohl anschauen, wo ich nächstes Mal Suzhou wohne.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind komplett, die Lage ist gut zu finden, Parken ist bequem, der Verkehr ist umgeben, die Lage der Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, der Servicepersonal ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, die Frühstücksarten sind auch sehr viel, sehr zufrieden!

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

The most incredible service to date in 20years of China hotel stays. Extremely friendly staff, great English and attention to detail. 10/5 stars for service. Breakfast buffet also good. The only very small issue was the rooms didn’t have plugs on side of bed to charge phone. Lovely hotel, amazing service and highly recommended to others. To management just would politely suggest to and plugs on each side of bed so can charge phones, it’s not 1995 anymore and everyone has devices to charge.

Wir hatten hier eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer könnte ein wenig geräumiger sein. Das Personal hat die Umgebung gut gereinigt ...Das Frühstück braucht aber mehr westliche Stilvariität. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums und gibt es dort Essensmöglichkeiten. Es ist auch in der Nähe eines Lawson, das für tägliche Kleinkäufe sehr bequem ist.

Every time I arrive at Suzhou this is the hotel I book. It’s comfortable and convenient location and the staff are wonderful! Highly recommended by myself not just for business but also leisure travel. They will make sure you are comfortable and happy and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay
