Park Hyatt Suzhou Bewertungen

Ich habe in fast allen besseren Hotels im Suzhou Industrial Park übernachtet. Der Check-in in der Nacht ist ganz normal. Das Willkommensobst im Gästezimmer ist lustig Ich frühstücke am nächsten Morgen alleine und die Auswahl ist nicht die gleiche. Die Serviceeinstellung an der Rezeption war zu schlecht und die freundliche Erinnerung war noch ungeduldig. Ich habe mehrere Kellner nach Servietten gefragt. aber sie gingen im Grunde mit ausdruckslosen Gesichtern vorbei und ignorierten sie. Als ich es tat, waren sie auch ausdruckslos und fragten mehr als zehn Minuten später nach einer Gabel, ohne sie ihm zu bringen Nachdem wir das Restaurant verlassen hatten, standen die Mitarbeiter am Eingang ebenfalls plaudernd da und schauten die Kunden während des gesamten Vorgangs ohne höfliche Worte an. Wie auch immer, dies ist ein Hotel dieses Kalibers, dieses Hotel hat die schlechteste Erfahrung gemacht. Es gab nur eine Schlange für Begrüßungsfrüchte und andere Dienstleistungen waren wirklich schwer zu fotografieren.

Das Innenlicht ist nachts zu dunkel und man kann sich leicht verlaufen. Draußen ist es noch dunkler und ich habe fast nicht gesehen, wo sich das Hotel befindet. Es gibt ein Problem mit der Gestaltung der Charakterbewegung Einstellungen, aber schlechtes Bewusstsein. Die weiche Dekoration ist zu * und das Design sieht nicht wie ein neu eröffnetes Hotel aus.

Hotel is truly a 5 star experience. The room was more than I expected. Clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and friendly. Will definitely return.

Very lovely luxurious hotel

Fantastic stay at the Suzhou Park Hyatt Hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet area on Jinji Lake. We stayed in a Lake View Terrace Suite for 3 nights. Amazing room with a fabulous terrace. Hotel amenities are good. We used the pool and the gym. We dined in the main restaurant Xizhou Hall for breakfast each day and also ate dinner in the bar, Apartment 208. The food selection and service were both excellent. A special thanks to Tina and all the F&B staff for looking after us so well. Look forward to returning some time to sample the Afternoon Tea!

Our overall stay at Park Hyatt was definitely memorable. The service was wonderful, the staff were helpful and kind, the facilities were exceptional. I would like to mention Betty, Shaw, Adolph, Vivian and Nick for being such amazing staff! Betty and Shaw made sure we received complimentary cake and wine in celebration of our anniversary. They were so responsive with our questions and are always ready to help. Adolph and Vivian assisted us with checking in and reception. We can’t speak Chinese well but they communicated with us in English which made our stay even better. They also helped us book our dinner reservation. Nick was the manager at apartment 208 where we had dinner. There were complications at first but Nick was able to handle everything well. He was also super kind and respectful. Our stay was almost perfect except for the fact that there was another guest who was blowing his nose, coughing and spitting in the pool which was a turn off for us. We decided not to use the pool anymore. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for couples, friends and family who need a wonderful staycation.

It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

The Park Hyatt in Suzhou is perfect for a relaxing break. It's luxurious without being overly fussy. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There's three lovely restaurants, all with outside seating. Choose from a hip balcony or a tranquil water garden; the food in all of them is excellent. There is also a nice gym, a spa and one of the loveliest hotel pools I've seen. We stayed for four days, and felt very spoiled and refreshed.
