Very conveniently located on Jinji lake and opposite the big Suzhou Shopping Mall. Check in was very easy and they kindly gave a goodie bag with some snacks for my 4 year old son. The room was very big and spacious but the only downside was that you can hear the loud music and singing from the bars below and next door but the noise stopped around midnight. Would book again.

Great location, very close to metro station. Only few staff can speak English but you can use WeChat to communicate with them. They are very kind & helpful.

Prefect location but room don’t have fridge ?? Try to communicate with their staff and just reply no fridge . I recall the ad mentioned there is fridge ? Also can’t open curtains as it’s facing a back corridor

Excellent location, near to "the pants", the subway station and the financial centre of Suzhou SIP. The breakfast is extremely basic.

Great location, just outside subway station and across the street from Suzhou Central Mall. The staff was superb, particularly a young male staff (didn’t get his name) that tried his best to accomodate our request with a mix of English and Mandarin. Him alone made our stay 5 stars. The breakfast was a new experience to us with a chinese style breakfast. Room was big and comfortable. And there was a fountain show just outside the hotel every night. The only lacking parts was they don’t have coffee and spoon in the room (only tea)

It's in the prime location. Next to Jinji Lake and the subway station. Smoother check in check out. Maintenance is OK. Breakfast is decent. Overall I recommend this hotel.
