Was lucky enough to be upgraded to Executive Club for my 14 night stay and must admit we made the most of it. Breakfast cooked to order, afternoon tea, 6pm wine and great choice of cooked eats, cheese, cakes/puddings etc which meant we didn't need to go for dinner. Room was good with modern tv with lots of channels and enabling smartview from mobile/tablet (internet was strong throughout hotel). Bathroom was great with fantastic showers and a bathtub which filled quickly. Bed was huge and comfortable, blackout curtains and subtle lighting to enable sleep at any time and aircon worked perfectly and quietly. 3 restaurants on site for the odd night we fancied straying from the executive lounge. Restaurants were a little expensive perhaps but it's a 5 star hotel so to be expected. Pros: Good rooms, strong internet, great showers, Executive Club - OUTSTANDING staff/customer service in all areas of hotel and unbelievably charming staff. Cons: Desperados bar in the basement had good live music but was very disappointing (best avoided unless you are in a group).

Ascott waterpalace hotel lobby is located in front of PTC west lobby. I entered the wrong lobby, apartment lobby so need to turn around. After taking the parking ticket, I parked my car near lobby and started started the check-in process. The check-in process takes about 30 minutes because it explains many rules that must be obeyed and the procedure for replacing the parking ticket with a parking card after check-in and replacing the parking card with a parking ticket at check out. Fortunately, the check-in process was carried out in a sitting position with a comfortable and soft chair. The hotel lobby is on the left while the apartments are on the right. The interior and furniture are still very well maintained and good even though the corridor leading to the room feels stuffy and hot. Executive rooms have kitchen facilities, living room, dining table, bedroom and bathroom. Cooking utensils and cutlery are very complete. Microwaves, electric stoves, sinks, dispensers, kettles, pans, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, soup bowls, and washing machines are all complete and functioning properly. The room is really suitable for gatherings event and cooking together. There are 2 TV's in the living room and bedroom. Wifi and TV service is also very good. Amazingly, I paid close attention to the cleanliness in my room, with a large room size, I didn't find any dirty or stained parts at all. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. Amenities are produced by Budi Jaya Amenities which contain 100 ml (normally only 30-40 ml). the sachet uses brand twinnings. The public facilities are top-notch and very complete, starting from a clean kids club, a special hotel pool complete with a gazebo even though the pool size is not too big, a business center, a gym with a life fitness brand and complete equipment (although a bit dark), and there are 4 pools available integrated with apartment facilities (1 pool is being renovated, rotating pool, kids pool, and standard pool). I think they should improve the breakfast quality, taste are pretty below the standard and the food variants are also very minimalist. Even though coffee uses a coffee machine, there is only black coffee. Others are pudding, cake, cereal, juice (orange and kiwi). Sausage, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, chicken, fruit slices, soup, porridge, omelette. I've only tried a bit of everything and have no interest in adding more. On the other hand, the lack of breakfast is very reasonable because the price difference between breakfast and room only is only Rp. 40.000,00

I stayed here when my cousin get married on March 2021. Verwood hotel located in the very strategic area which near to toll, restaurant, public facility, etc. Guest only need to walk less than 5 mins to reach many restaurant around there : Warung Sederhana (Padang Restaurant), Ayam Bakar Prima Rasa, Boncafe, etc. This hotel divided into hotel and apartment. I stayed in the hotel because it already been renovated. Room Spacious enough and covered by carpet. Completed by sofa, desk, and chair, and also other amenities : mini refrigerator, TV, coffee/tea maker. This room looks like already being renovated. Bathroom Bathtub and shower is not separated. Need to pay more attention on the cleanness. Amenities was complete Pool I was asking for swim towel to reception, but they said that I can use towel in my room and they could change it if I want. No staff on the pool. Breakfast Standard variant menu for 4 star hotel : Indonesian menu, omelette, noodle, salad, dessert. We were waiting for several minutes to have fried rice while being refilled. Only less staff standby on the restaurant. Overall this is a good hotel because of their location. But, because this is not a new hotel, they need to have good maintenance to ensure that all facilities in a good condition.

Ich blieb in diesem Hotel 14-15 Januar 2022. Allerdings hat dieses alte Hotel eine gute Wartung. Oberzimmer war so klein und ein bisschen Geruch. Vergiss das Zimmer. Der erstaunliche und erinnereliche Moment über dieses Hotel war das Café Restaurant. Cozy place n klassische Umgebung. Ich war dort schnell. Und das bfast Menü war OK. Der Schwimmbad war sauber genug. Gute Wahl, hier zu bleiben. Sicherlich hier zurück.

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt im Harris Hotel, insbesondere im Harris Bundaran Satellite Surabaya (Neue Generation von Harris Hotel). Große Gastfreundschaft und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist auch einfach mit modernen Möbeln. Und haben viele Varianten-Menüs zum Frühstück. Danke sehr für Mr. Irvan, der unser Zimmer mit einem Schnittkuchen für den Geburtstag meiner Frau arrangiert. Und auch wir lieben Wassermelonensaft. Danke, hoffentlich können wir für den nächsten Aufenthalt in Surabaya am Harris Bundaran Satellite übernachten.

Das Hotel war während meines Aufenthalts unterbesetzt. Ich blieb für 2 Nächte. Das Rezeptionsbüro war immer unbesetzt, außer während der Eincheckung. Es schien, dass der Hausmeister als Rezeptionist doppelt zu sein musste. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber, aber die Bodenflächen wurden nicht sehr gut gepflastert. Ich blieb in einem Doppelbettzimmer. Ich wurde Rp.100,000 für einen späten Auscheck nach 1:00 Uhr geladen, was ich für gerecht halten halte. Aber sie akzeptierten nur Bargeld für diese späte Checkout-Zahlung, und da ich kein Bargeld hatte, musste ich zum nächsten Indomaret gehen, um etwas Bargeld zu bekommen. Der Empfangsbetreiber/Haushaltsbetreiber hatte keinen Hinweis auf, wo der nächste Atm war, so musste ich es mir selbst ansehen. Er bot auch keine anderen Lösungen an oder akzeptierte meine Lösung für einen mobilen Banktransfer. Das hat mich zu spät für meine nächste Bestellung. Während der Eincheckung wurde meine Debitkartenzahlung akzeptiert, so dass sie einen EDC auf dem Empfangsbüro haben. Die Zimmer waren angemessen.

Mit einem sehr relativ erschwinglichen Preis ist dieses Hotel ziemlich gut. Das Zimmer ist groß genug für zwei Personen, der Service ist gut, das Personal ist einfach zu Hilfe zu bitten, mag lächeln, und während unseres Aufenthalts hier 3 Tage, das Zimmer ist immer gereinigt.. Das Essen war ziemlich gut, obwohl es nicht viel Variation gab, aber es gab Früchte, Hühnerporridge, gefrierter Reis, gefrierter Nüsse usw. Vielleicht ist es ein wenig weniger Lichtraum, das Tageslicht sieht weniger Licht, Und es ist besser, einen Fuß Socken und Slips zu haben.
