It is so close with Tunjungan Plaza Mall, but little bit crowded and confusing for entrance 😄. The staff were so nice and helpful, whenever you met they will greet you. Thank you for hospitality FourPoints🙏🏻.

It was nice room , good staff , strategic location

I'm quite amazed with the size of the room. Though it's only a Deluxe room. Unfortunately there was no sofa or extra seat in the room giving the size of the room. The hotel's fragrance is calming. Superb. Thumbs up to its front desk staff named Audrey. She made check in experience better than her colleague. Would recommend others to stay there and would definitely come again.

Fantastic experience from alighting at the lobby all the way till reaching the hotel room. Nice bed and pillows and clean room. Very warm staff as well, plus nice breakfast spread! Highly recommended!

2nd stay in this hotel but gotten a “used to be” smoking room. They promise no more smoking since last week but the room still smells.

It’s great location,also closed to TP (tunjungan plaza ) Surrounding a lot of great restaurants . The staff hotel is amazing 🤩 Fitnes gym also great have city views Swimming pool 🏊♀️ there also have for children 👧

Very nice stay, and friendly service. I spilled some food over my luggage and they went out of their way to help me clean it up. While the place seems a bit older, it is very well kept in shape. Breakfast choice was very good both for western and Asian food.

A very good hotel located at the heart of Surabaya city, inside the Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest Mall in Surabaya a polite, friendly staff, good variable dishes in the Breakfast, I was disappointed with the dinner Buffett

Wonderful stay, very conveniently located to the mall. Buffet breakfast is a highlight, as there's so much effort put into planning the menu daily!

No complain about the hotel. Good room, good bed but can be firmer. Bath water pressure is good. The bedding cover and pillow cover can be considered to replace or upgrade. Too rough. The house keeping staff is good. Overall service is good. The gym is reasonable equipped. breakfast no complain. Besides many malls and f&b.
