Naha Tokyu Rei Hotel Bewertungen

Ich hatte eigentlich nicht vor, eine schlechte Bewertung abzugeben, bin aber vom Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Schon bei der Ankunft bemerkte ich einen unangenehmen Tiergeruch. Ich frage mich, ob das nur im sechsten Stock so ist? Dann fiel auch noch die Tischplatte herunter und verletzte meinen Fuß. Das Hotel bot weder Geschenke noch einen Rabatt auf den Zimmerpreis an. Sie gaben mir ein halbes Pflaster, zwei Verbeugungen und ein paar „Sumimasen“ (Entschuldigungen) – das war's. Ich weiß, dass es anscheinend nichts kostet, mich zu verletzen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, aber die Art und Weise, wie sie mit dem Problem umgegangen sind, hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Wer weiß, wie weh so ein dickes Brett tun kann? Ich könnte heulen, war das ein verstecktes Objekt? Wer hätte gedacht, dass sich eine Tischplatte von selbst zerlegen kann?

Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Das Bett war viel zu weich. Die Schalldämmung war sehr schlecht. Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr begrenzt. Der Pudding und der Fisch beim Frühstück waren gut. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht wieder übernachten, absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Ganz nah an der U-Bahnstation, man geht einfach über die Fußgängerbrücke und ist da. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber das ist in japanischen Hotels ja normal. Unten gibt es zwei Supermärkte und gegenüber ist der Busbahnhof, also ist die Verkehrsanbindung super.

Wir haben ein Hotel gesucht, was verkehrsgünstig liegt und haben ein für japanische Verhältnisse großes Zimmer erhalten. Es war sauber, clean eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Perfekte Verkehrsanbindung zum Flughafen. Super Dusche!

Haben drei Nächte gebucht aber nur eine Nacht dort gewesen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Das Frühstück war gut.

The location makes my grade pretty high. It takes about 15-20 minutes by monorail from the airport to get to the hotel. The rest could be a bit better. Some staff members were very friendly, some pretty impolite. There's a lounge open at 15:00~ where guests can have some local drinks, it's a big plus, but there is no tea/coffee bags in the room, and on general amenities could have been a bit better.

Very cozy. A little far from the train station but there are two convenient stores nearby.

The hotel corresponds to the description. Convenient location, near interchanges, transport, not far from the central street Kokusai dori, tourist information centre, shops 7/11, Family smart. We had to extend our stay due to the typhoon. There were no standard rooms available, so we had to take a more expensive one. There is coffee, tea, and a snack area in the lobby. Check-in can be done without an operator.

So nice location, very sad that it is closing soon. Near bus terminus.

Very good location near rail and bus station, room is small. Staff can speak some simple English. They serve some free coffee and drinks at certain time and they allow me to put luggages before I check in.

Unfortunately this hotel will close next month. It’s a very nice hotel I would stay again.

Great location with great service throughout the stay. Parking was not great as the affiliated parking lot is much more expensive than nearby parking lots.

very good hotel and worth to stay . very convenience and near monorail station. good facilities, at least enough for normal guest requests. price is not high and highly recommend this hotel to others.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great location and service, breakfast could be better** Stayed here during my solo trip to Okinawa and overall had a solid experience. **What I liked:** - **Location:** Excellent — right near the bus depot, which made getting around Naha and joining tours very convenient. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance too. - **Service:** Friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. - **Complimentary drinks all day:** A really nice touch — having free drinks available anytime was a pleasant surprise and added great value. **What could improve:** - **Breakfast:** Unfortunately the weakest part. The selection was quite limited and left a lot to be desired. With so many good restaurants nearby, though, it's easy to eat out instead. **Bottom line:** A well-located, well-run hotel with a great all-day drinks perk and easy access to transport and dining. Just manage your expectations on breakfast — or grab it elsewhere. Would stay again.
