The hotel's location is the reason for choosing it. Had a dinner party to attend at Bali Hall as such decided to stay here which is only 5 minutes drive. Other than that, a decent stay for one night.

The location of the hotel is good. There are restaurants nearby, but there is a bit of traffic jam and it is difficult to find a parking space.

Need to change the towels, old and smelly. Other than that, everything in the room was fine. There is a swiftlet bird house nearby, non stop 24hours chirping noise that really disturb my sleep and rest (that's why the 3 stars for location). What happen to the 16/7 mart, and restaurant & bar??? A bit inconvenience without the 16/7 mart.

Greeted by the hotel with 3 cockroaches, 2 alive and 1 half dead in the room. The floor is dirty and even changed to another room, it is still the same. There is strains of human hair on the bedsheet. But the housekeeping lady deserve a praise for her friendliness.
