Es war eine wunderschöne Reise. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück ist wunderbar, der Preis ist gut und der Service ist sehr gut

Ich empfehle es. Es ist ein gutes Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nicht abgewohnt. Wir bekamen ein großes, schönes Zimmer im 9. Stock. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, das Zimmer schön, aber das Frühstück war mittelmäßig – jeden Tag dasselbe: Hummus und Dips waren etwas säuerlich, und die Eier waren altbacken. Wir hatten außerdem ein unangenehmes Erlebnis, das uns erst nach dem Auschecken auffiel. Der Zimmersafe funktionierte nicht, deshalb ließen wir unsere Geldbörse mit Bargeld in der Schublade unter unserem Gepäck. Später stellten wir fest, dass 100 Dollar fehlten. Das Geld konnte nur im Hotel verschwunden sein. Daher rate ich allen, wachsam zu sein, kein Geld im Zimmer zu lassen und auf einen funktionierenden Safe zu bestehen. Offenbar ist das Zimmerservice-Personal in diesem Hotel unehrlich.

Centrally located in Hamra District, supermarkets and restaurants around. The service is average adequate , the place is clean and the Wi-Fi work. Normally for the price I would recommend a short stay. There are many hotels in the hamlet this trip with different standard. I will say this one is above average.

套房酒店，顧名思義，是套房，因為現在貝魯特的經濟很糟糕，所以改為單間住房，所以，部分房間中間就隔一道門

Hotel was good, Average one. Rooms cleanliness were really good. Electricity is 24/7 but internet wasn’t good at all. Lobby is somehow small and breakfast is offered in another area/building. It’s a good value for money since it’s not expensive one

Everything else. Wifi never works, and since they have it set up with a login screen yoj need to type in your room number and passport every time to see even if it is working (disconnets after 10 mins). I stayed five nights and never once had a warm shower - always cold. I asked on first and second and third day, was told it was fixed and it seemed to be warm for a minute but not hot then went back to normal. I just gave up after third attempt to get them to fix. Also the maid kept taking dirty towel and not leaving clean on - I had to wait 45 minutes and called six times to get a towel after a very hot walk, even going to reception they said it will come to the room. The walls are also paper thin so if you have an adjoining room as I got you’ll hear the neighbours talking perfectly … or in my case head their noise all day and night Finally, don’t book because of the pool - the photo is deceptive they are advertising with. No way are you having a cocktail there, there isn’t a way to get one. Its actually got a broken table in front of the infinity view, trash pulled around everywhere, a old jacuzzi on its side rusty and more. The pool entry stairs are broken and can’t be used to get in and out - not that you would want to as there is little fish larvae or some kind of insects swimming around in a colony … like 50. It’s disgusting and the second I saw I got out never to return. Much like this hotel.

I’m extremely satisfied of this hotel, everything is amazing, from the workers in the reception to the room service and the housekeepers. The standard is very high, the rooms get cleaned every day. We can order whatever we want from the room service and we get it right after 5 minutes max. The hotel is in the center of beirut which makes it even more amazing, and to this price with this high quality, it is 100% a hotel i choose to stay at again.

Very nice hotel .. It was amzaing and clean though wifi connection is weak but other than that all was perfect .. its location is right in the middle of everything .. also the pool was small .. but definitely I would recommend it .. totally good experience
