Very indifferent services, no smile and less patience.

Basic but clean and functional. They only clean once per week but are happy to give you towels and toilet paper daily. Perfectly fine if you literally just need “a bed for the night”. The location is very central however.

In the city center, easy to find, the location is great. Facility and the staffs are awesome as well.

It is tiny room, just bed and toilet with shower but nice and cozy and tidy room with nice reception staff.

We had a fab stay easyHotel Leeds. The rooms were clean & warm and beds were comfy. Location was city centre and I'd definitely stay again.

Stayed one night at EasyHotel Leeds – overall, it was okay. The best thing about it is definitely the location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Leeds Station, and right in the city center, just across from Flat Iron Leeds (perfect if you’re craving steak), with a Costa Coffee next door for your caffeine fix. The room I got didn’t have any windows and seemed to be one of their accessible rooms – spacious bathroom with handrails and a shower seat. Not a problem at all, just something to note. The room itself was clean and basic, totally fine for a short stay. Wi-Fi was decent for general use. They’ve got vending machines on the ground floor and a 24-hour front desk. Free baggage storage is available before check-in, which was really convenient. After check-out they said there might be a charge, but I only needed it for about an hour and wasn’t charged anything. Nothing fancy, but if you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot in a central location, it does the trick.

Smooth check in. Hot water/drinks available from reception at very reasonable prices. Rate is room only. There is not a dedicated restaurant but there is one next door.

The term “you get what you pay for” has never been represented so clearly. The bathroom being right next to the bed was a new and unwelcome experience.

Basic at best, clean enough, but would end up with claustrophobia as its so compact if staying any length of time.

The room was simple but satisfactory. No window but clean. Be warned, you can see into the shower/toilet room as the wall is just glass, so don’t share with someone you don’t know well 😂

Horrid experience, awful service from all staff. Even checked me into a room with someone inside it. Pay a little more for a better service and a better stay.

Location-wise, definitely a 10/10! As for the service, I’d give it a 7/10 lah. The receptionist and housekeeping staff were genuinely kind and super helpful. Really appreciated their attitude! 😊 However, just a heads-up — the hotel’s system requires you to pay if you want your room cleaned, which was a bit of a letdown 😭
