- Ich habe ein Kind und das Hotel riecht sehr stark nach Rauch - Da mein Kind mit mir im Zimmer war, bat ich das Hotel, dass ich nicht zum Frühstück gehen könne und das Frühstück aufs Zimmer gebracht werden solle, aber sie lehnten ab. - Ich war während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel nur zweimal zum Frühstück und es war sehr schlecht

Kaldığımız oda lağım kokuyordu odayı değiştirdiler en dipte köşede küçücük bir oda verdiler oda lambaları yanmıyordu. Rezervasyon yaparken özellikle caddeye bakan ve geniş oda dedim arka cephede lağım kokan oda daha sonra değiştirdikleri orada en dipte köşe küçük o da verdiler lambalarda yanmıyordu böyle rezalet görmedim

Schlechtes bis mittelmäßiges Abendessen mit gleicher Qualität und Auswahl. Schlechte bis mittelmäßige Internetverbindung mit zeitweisem Signalverlust. Zeitweise laut. Schlechte Einrichtungen. Das Personal ist nicht ausreichend auf Notfälle vorbereitet.

Empfehlenswerter Ort, wenn Sie planen, Yalova in der Türkei zu besuchen. Gute Anbindung ans Stadtzentrum. Nicht weit von den Thermalquellen. Nur eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto. Nicht weit vom Stadtmarkt, dessen Besuch sich lohnt.

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht, da es angeblich kein reichhaltiges türkisches Frühstück gibt. Das Personal ist nicht freundlich, als ob sie hart arbeiten würden. Ich kann es definitiv nicht empfehlen. Man hört die Stimme von der Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel. Das Personal ist nicht hilfsbereit. Ich war vorher im Hilton, das ist besser als dieses Hotel.

Hi , My room number 1220, I have complain ,since we get the key from 6th of September there's no tissue in bathroom and we informed the reception but not care , again tonight we complain that No tissue and other stuff and two small towels in bathroom, also not care we habe been waiting 2 hours waiting but doesn't comes .the service very week. The front disk staff Arshia,Ervin , Evin and Emre at the Night shift are very professional and helpful and very polite also, they will always meet you with A smile ..same for the front disk morning shift Enes and emirhan are very professional and helpful as well their awsome in how they treat their customers...as of the restaurant it is very affordable and fancy at the same time.. their food are very good , their staff is very professional as well especially Tugba and Ele ... I recommend very much if you are going to yalova to pick Ramada Hotel

There is a terrible smell in all the bathrooms due to apparent infrastructural issues in the hotel building. I will never stay at this hotel again. The personnel is very polite and they are aware of this issue. However apparently the management is doing nothing although they are aware of this smell
