早餐豐盛到不行！火車站走路300公尺。對面就是湖邊 可搭船。衞浴備品 很精緻！員工非常友善 介紹很多景點！面湖房很棒

Modern, sauber, zentral. Das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig, jedoch zu Pandemie Zeit, viel zu viele Leute in einem Raum und am Buffet Selbstbedienung, das ist nicht in Ordnung.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. We stayed in 16 different hotels on this trio, and it, by far, had one of the best breakfast Buffett selections.

Very modern clean hotel. No complaints in terms of staff but not enough air con areas - when the weather is 35 it’s nice to be able to cool off in the reception area - unfortunately this is not possible. Every door and window is open but all that does is attract the mosquitoes. Every single person we saw were covered in bites. I suppose being by the lake the mosquitoes will be there but if the hotel shut the doors and kept the air con on you would be able to enjoy a drink in the bar area.
The bar area in reception was not open all the time, the sky bar is open of an afternoon/evening but you are in full sun with no umbrellas so not very enjoyable.
Luckily we are early risers and were able to secure sun beds with some shade but many people had to resort to laying in full sun all day with many being left burnt.
It would be good if every 1/2 sun beds had access to shade.
The dinner menu at the hotel restaurant could do with more variety of what you expect to see in Italy.

My wife and I celebrated a special anniversary at Hotel La Palma. We booked a Junior Suite with a wrap around terrace that had a spectacular lake view. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and a relaxing environment. The staff is friendly and professional. Special thanks to front desk reception member, Debora, who was so helpful when our flight home was cancelled.

Very close to all there is to see in Stresa. Wonderful breakfast service. We also have dinner one night and it was pretty good. We had a lake view balcony and we enjoyed a couple of drinks there watching the boats and people go by. My only complain would be that this October was unseasonably hot, and the AC was turned off for the whole building. The common areas were hot, and the room, a bit too warm for my taste. We did open the windows, but then there would be mosquitos coming in, and noice from the street. They did lend me a stand up fan and that helped me sleep a bit better.
