The initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.❤️❤️❤️

Das Hotel ist neu und das Zimmer sauber. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Ich bin von diesem Hotel beeindruckt, aber nicht vom Service des Rezeptionspersonals beim Einchecken. Sie sind weder sprachlich noch mimisch freundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Niemand sollte diskriminiert werden. Es war eine schlechte Erfahrung. Es hat unseren schönen Tag ruiniert. Trotzdem gefällt mir das Hotel. Ich hoffe, bald wieder hier übernachten zu können und so etwas nicht noch einmal zu erleben.

Die Besatzung ist sehr sorgfältig, beachtlich und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre ist, was von einem Boutique-Hotel in einer sehr schönen Lage am Straßenbahnplatz erwartet werden. Vermeiden Sie Goreme Circus, dieses Hotel bietet Ihnen einen schnellen Zugang zu allen Cappadocia-Sites mit dem Gefühl, ein geehrter Gut.

Отель превысил мои ожидания. Я прилетела рано утром, несмотря на это мне был предоставлен номер намного раньше указанного времени и я смогла наблюдать со смотровой площадки за парящими воздушными шарами. Сам отель кажется маленьким городком,расположенным на разных уровнях.Бассейн с шезлонгами,ресторан,зал для завтрака. Комфортные номера,отель предоставляет полный комплект банных принадлежностей,фен,паровой утюг,кофе,чай. Очень удобная кровать с высоким матрасом. Завтрак с большим выбором качественных продуктов. Внимательный персонал. Могу только добавить, что я чувствовала себя принцессой😁

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

Es war ärgerlich, beim Frühstück im Speisesaal des Hotels in der Schlange auf Tee zu warten. Denn Tee wurde aus einem Samowar serviert. Alles, was außerhalb von Frühstück und Abendessen gekauft wurde, schlug sich im Preis nieder, sogar Wasser. Die Fernseher im Zimmer funktionierten nicht. Wir waren in Zimmer 4005 untergebracht. Gott sei Dank hatten die Kinder Tablets, sie brauchten keinen Fernseher. Während unser Gepäck bei der Ankunft vom Hotelangestellten aufs Zimmer getragen wurde, trugen wir unser Gepäck beim Verlassen des Hotels selbst. Die Reinigung von Tellern, Gläsern, Gabeln, Löffeln und Messern im Speisesaal war überhaupt nicht hygienisch. Die Gläser waren schmutzig.

Отдыхали большой группой друзей. Отель очень очень красивый, местоположение замечательное, территория шикарная, очееь вкусные завтраки, в ресторане хорошая кухня. Из минусов: заранее просили раздельные кровати в номерах, но из шести номеров, ни в одном из них не было раздельных кроватей. Купили дыню, но ни в ресторане, ни на ресепшн нам не помогли ее нарезать, проигнорировали все просьбы. Бассейн очень холодный, не прогревается даже за жаркий день. Хамам не работал.
