Küçük bir butik otel. 7-8 Haziran 2025 tarihlerinde aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otel Ürgüp'te tarihi vadiyi hakim bir konumdan görüyor. İşletme sahibi Turgut Bey müşterilerle bizzat ilgileniyor. Kapadokya yöresinde görmeniz gereken yerler hakkında bilgi veriyor, böylelikle bölge hakkında bizim gibi bir fikriniz olmasa da bilinçli bir şekilde geziyorsunuz. 2 gün dolu dolu güzel bir tatil yapıp evimize döndük. Özellikle Turgut Bey'e çok teşekkür ediyorum. Şansı ve müşterisi bol olsun.

Wir blieben 3 Nächte im Potamia Cave Hotel, und es war wirklich eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Das Kellerzimmer war schön gestaltet. Gemütlich, sauber und voller authentischen Höhlen. Jede Ecke des Hotels fühlte sich magisch und gedankt aufrecht. Das Personal war unglaublich warm, freundlich und aufmerksam. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns wirklich willkommen und gut betreut. Das Frühstück war einer der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts, mit leckeren türkischen Frühstück und einer großen Vielzahl von lokalen Gerichten, die jeden Morgen speziell gemacht. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist ruhig und romantisch, perfekt für Entspannung nach einem Tag der Exploration Cappadocia. Erwachte in einem Kellerraum war eine einzigartige und erinnerebare Erfahrung. Danke dem ganzen Team des Potamia Cave Hotel für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel jedem, der Cappadocia besucht, sehr empfehlen. Wir würden gern wiederkommen!

Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

This hotel is amazing! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting cappadocia. The staff was kind and helpful especially in booking our transfers and giving us recommendations for where to eat. The rooms itself was well kept and gave you a movie like feel. Would definitely come to stay again here. Thanks again to Metin and Eray and the rest of the staff for a wonderful stay!

Der Standort liegt in Urp, 20 Minuten von der Stadt Göreme entfernt. Ein Taxi kostet schätzungsweise etwa 100 Yuan. Das Hotel selbst wurde auf der Grundlage der ursprünglichen Höhle umgebaut und behält nicht nur die Eigenschaften der Höhle bei, sondern verfügt auch über Fußbodenheizung, Klimaanlage und andere Einrichtungen, um den Komfort zu erhöhen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Swimmingpool, ein türkisches Bad und einen kleinen Fitnessraum, der wohl der beste unter den nahegelegenen Hotels ist. Wenn Sie ein Höhlenhotel erleben und komfortabler übernachten möchten, ist dies eine gute Wahl. Die junge Dame und der junge Mann an der Hotelrezeption waren sehr begeistert und halfen, eine halbtägige Tour zu empfehlen und einen Royal Balloon zu buchen. Wenn Sie türkisches Essen probieren möchten, können Sie mit dem kostenlosen Bus des Hotels in die Innenstadt fahren. Dort gibt es ein köstliches Apetito.

Cosy and affordable hotel with wonderful hosts, overall decent breakfast (the bread is amazing), and they have turkish coffee here . Some really nice views from the balcony and you can hike up the hill just outside the hotel for a sunrise. On the downside location is a bit remote so you'd have to taxi in and out, a taxi to Goreme centre will cost about 10 Euros one way. Also the room isn't soundproof so hopefully your neigbors aren't noisy but you get some wonderful birds chirping in the morning. Ilhan the manager and Nergis the owner helped us plan our trip even before we arrived, they can help you plan and organize private tours if you want i.e. hot air baloon, underground city, airport transfer or any time you need to book a cab. All the other staff were really down to earth and nice people. We had a wonderful time.

Otel ***et temizdi. Odamız yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanisliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Orelin konumu Ürgüp merkezde idi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Winter. Unser Zimmer war fabulös mit einem kleinen Wohnzimmer und es war wirklich freundlich. Das Personal war so hilfreich, vor allem Murat, der sich umschnellte, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Das Frühstück war großartig und serviert auf dem Dach mit Blick auf die ganze Urgup. Wir würden dieses Cave Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Yunak evleri Interior Pool Suit özel havuzlu odasında konakladık. Personel ilgisi,karşılama,temizlik,restaurant hizmetleri ve hemen her anlamda memnun kalabilirsiniz. Oda içerisinde havuz yeterince geniş,pek çok havlu ile desteklenmiş ve her türlü havuz ile ilgili hizmet fazlasıyla karşılanmıştı. Kesinlikle deneyimlenmesi gereken bir oda. Teşekkürler Yunak !

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.
