Küçük bir butik otel. 7-8 Haziran 2025 tarihlerinde aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otel Ürgüp'te tarihi vadiyi hakim bir konumdan görüyor. İşletme sahibi Turgut Bey müşterilerle bizzat ilgileniyor. Kapadokya yöresinde görmeniz gereken yerler hakkında bilgi veriyor, böylelikle bölge hakkında bizim gibi bir fikriniz olmasa da bilinçli bir şekilde geziyorsunuz. 2 gün dolu dolu güzel bir tatil yapıp evimize döndük. Özellikle Turgut Bey'e çok teşekkür ediyorum. Şansı ve müşterisi bol olsun.

Ich wohne im wahren Höhlenhotel zu einem angemessenen Preis. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, es gibt eine bequeme Einrichtung, ich danke Ihnen für das kostenlose Wasser. Die Trockenwäsche ist auch sehr stark. Es gibt viele Fotos im Garten, die Sie im Hintergrund von Diamanten fotografieren können. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker, es ist schön, Gemüse und Obst zu essen. Das Hotel zu leben ist eine sehr gute Erfahrung.

Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

Ausstattung: Das Zimmer ist groß und verfügt über eine kostenlose türkische Sauna. Hygiene: Der Reinigungsservice des Hotels ist großartig, aber die Hygiene ist durchschnittlich. Immer wenn Essen auf den Tisch gestellt wird, gibt es viele Ameisen. Umgebung: Das Hotel liegt auf dem höchsten Berg in Urgup. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön und bietet einen Blick auf die gesamte Stadt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus, aber es gibt keinen Rückweg, daher müssen Sie ein Taxi nehmen. Service: Der Service fühlt sich insgesamt gut an und die Grundbedürfnisse werden erfüllt, aber die Einstellung ist nicht sehr enthusiastisch.

This hotel is in a very nice location. It is a short walk to the center of Ürgüp and the view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. The staff was very friendly and ready to help me with any problems I had. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ürgüp!

Dieses Hotel ist für seine einzigartige Einrichtung bekannt, und nachdem ich es selbst erlebt habe, kann ich dem nur zustimmen. Es ist perfekt zum Fotografieren und definitiv eine Übernachtung wert. Ich habe einige Bewertungen gelesen, in denen der Service als mittelmäßig bemängelt wurde, und dem stimme ich teilweise zu, aber nicht ganz. Einer der Herren im Anzug beim Check-in war unglaublich kühl und unnahbar, fast schon vampirhaft, sodass ich mich fühlte, als stünde ich in seiner Schuld. In dieser Nacht litten mein Freund und ich aufgrund der veränderten Umgebung unter starken Magen-Darm-Problemen; wir hatten sogar Schwierigkeiten beim Gehen. Nachdem Frau Kubra und der Mann links auf dem Foto von unserer Situation erfahren hatten, halfen sie uns, eine Apotheke zu finden und besorgten uns sogar Medikamente, die wir zur Linderung der Schmerzen benötigten. Da es uns so schlecht ging, dass wir nicht um Mitternacht auschecken konnten, verlängerten sie sogar unsere Check-out-Zeit. Wir fühlten uns deswegen schlecht, aber sie waren beim Auschecken überhaupt nicht ungeduldig; stattdessen lächelten sie uns freundlich an. Obwohl es sich nur um kleine Gesten der Freundlichkeit handelte, waren sie für uns, fernab von zu Hause und krank, unglaublich tröstlich. Wir sind sehr dankbar für ihre Hilfe. *Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ließ zu wünschen übrig. Vermutlich wurden aufgrund der Renovierungsarbeiten einige schwer zugängliche Stellen nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Ich fand jedoch das doppelte Augenlidpflaster eines vorherigen Gastes in unserem Waschbecken, was ich inakzeptabel fand. Beim ersten Anheben der Bettdecke entdeckte ich ein fremdes Haar. *Das Hotelfrühstück war sehr exquisit, aber leider konnten wir es aufgrund einer Magen-Darm-Grippe nicht genießen. Die Auswahl war umfangreich, und der Orangensaft des Hotels am Morgen war köstlich.

Cosy and affordable hotel with wonderful hosts, overall decent breakfast (the bread is amazing), and they have turkish coffee here . Some really nice views from the balcony and you can hike up the hill just outside the hotel for a sunrise. On the downside location is a bit remote so you'd have to taxi in and out, a taxi to Goreme centre will cost about 10 Euros one way. Also the room isn't soundproof so hopefully your neigbors aren't noisy but you get some wonderful birds chirping in the morning. Ilhan the manager and Nergis the owner helped us plan our trip even before we arrived, they can help you plan and organize private tours if you want i.e. hot air baloon, underground city, airport transfer or any time you need to book a cab. All the other staff were really down to earth and nice people. We had a wonderful time.

Otel ***et temizdi. Odamız yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanisliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Orelin konumu Ürgüp merkezde idi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.

Yunak evleri Interior Pool Suit özel havuzlu odasında konakladık. Personel ilgisi,karşılama,temizlik,restaurant hizmetleri ve hemen her anlamda memnun kalabilirsiniz. Oda içerisinde havuz yeterince geniş,pek çok havlu ile desteklenmiş ve her türlü havuz ile ilgili hizmet fazlasıyla karşılanmıştı. Kesinlikle deneyimlenmesi gereken bir oda. Teşekkürler Yunak !

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.
