Ich habe kürzlich einen schönen 4-night Aufenthalt in Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa abgeschlossen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine wunderbare Privatsphäre und die Ein-Level-Villa-Layout mit direktem Pool-Zugang ist unglaublich ruhig und komfortabel. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir mit dem Wasserheizsystem eine technische Frage aufgetreten. Die Wassertemperatur überall in unserem Zimmer, einschließlich des Toilettenbeckens und der Dusche, wurde extrem heiß. Auch unser privates Schwimmbadwasser wurde ganz heiß anstelle der bequemen warmen Temperatur, die sie ankündigen. Daher mussten wir ihr innere technisches Team mehrmals zu unserer Villa kommen. Sie waren sehr persistent, versuchten ein paar verschiedene Reparaturen, und schließlich wurde das gesamte System bis zum nächsten Tag vollständig korrigiert. Ich muss sagen, das Personal hat die Situation mit enormer Geduld, freundlichkeit und Pflege behandelt. Ihre schnelle, aufmerksame Reaktion machte eine stressige Situation viel einfacher zu behandeln, und sie stellten sicher, dass wir vollständig aufpassen. Meine einzige konstruktive Rückmeldung für das Management ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Als Gast, der eine strenge, karbarme, diabetische Diät verwaltet, fand ich die gesunde Auswahl sehr begrenzt. Die Salatbar hat eine kleine Auswahl und fehlt an grundlegenden gesunden Stapeln wie Olivenöl oder Balsamen-Wein, und fehlen schlanke, unmarinierte Proteine. Ich habe jeden Morgen meine eigene ungeschmackte Sojamilch und Yoghurt in die Speisefläche gebracht. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa großartig. Die 5-star Gastfreundschaft, schöne Lage und hervorragende Service-Erholung von der Mitarbeiter machen es ein Resort, das ich sehr empfehle!

Amazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

A beautifully designed hotel with a unique train-inspired theme. The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally. The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking. Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

Ohne Zweifel ist dies das beste Hotel in Khao Yai! Wir haben sowohl im Atta als auch im DusitD2 übernachtet, aber keines dieser Hotels konnte an unser Erlebnis im MYS heranreichen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Lada, die die herzlichste Rezeptionsleiterin ist!! Sie ist sehr freundlich, liebenswürdig und aufrichtig. MYS kann sich glücklich schätzen, sie zu haben! Auch die meisten anderen Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und nett (besonders das Personal im Restaurant und der Wachmann). Wir übernachteten in der gemütlichen Suite A302, die sehr sauber, komfortabel und ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Hochwertige Markenausstattung und durchdachte Details (Duftdiffusor, Tablet für unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Hotel, Audiopro-Lautsprecher im Zimmer, Netflix, Badesalz und Badeschaum, kostenlose Minibar-Speisen und -Getränke mit täglicher Auffüllung usw.). Wir haben auch Essen über den Zimmerservice bestellt; es war schnell, hygienisch und, was am wichtigsten ist, das Essen war SUPER LECKER! 😋 Auch das Hotelfrühstück ist großartig! Sie haben sich sogar die Mühe gemacht, den Gästen Kaffee aus dem Café zuzubereiten. Zu guter Letzt: Ich LIEBE den Pool! Er ist so wunderschön 😍 und ich werde MYS zu 100 % all meinen Freunden und meiner Familie weiterempfehlen und definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich nach Khao Yai zurückkehre.

The hotel is very clean with an excellent location, right in the main tourist area. The view is absolutely stunning and beautiful just like the hotel’s name 'Viewpoint'. All the staff are dedicated and provide great service. The room is spacious, perfect for families, and spotless. We really loved our stay here!

Im Allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt gut außer für das WC. Nach dem Duschen würde das Wasser schwimmen und dauerte eine ganze Zeit, um zu drennen. Die Tür konnte auch nicht vollständig schließen, was Wasser ausfließen lässt. Wir mussten weiterhin auf die Reinigung der Toilette verlangen, weil es eine anhaltende Stench gab.

Perfekte Urlaub! Wir haben eine tolle Zeit, hier eine schöne Atmosphäre und freundliche Mitarbeiter zu genießen. Wir kühlen auch mit einer guten Golfrunde im Toscana Valley Golfplatz! Die erinnereligsten Hochzeitsjahre. Jemals 🥰

Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.

Das war eines meiner besten Momente in meinem Leben. Der Service und das Personal sind wirklich erstaunlich und die Dekorationen sind wie Europa vibe + vintage vibe. Alles ist perfekt. Ich möchte vorschlagen, mehr als einen Tag zu jedem Hotelplatz zu reisen. Und auch für jemanden, der Haushaltseinsparungen ist, möchte ich vorschlagen, Essen oder etwas zu bereiten, wenn Sie nicht essen wollen vom Hotel. Es gab kein Restaurant, kein Taxi und nichts so vorbereiten, bevor Sie gehen. Alles ist perfekt. Ich gehe nächstes Mal.
