Ich habe kürzlich einen schönen 4-night Aufenthalt in Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa abgeschlossen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine wunderbare Privatsphäre und die Ein-Level-Villa-Layout mit direktem Pool-Zugang ist unglaublich ruhig und komfortabel. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir mit dem Wasserheizsystem eine technische Frage aufgetreten. Die Wassertemperatur überall in unserem Zimmer, einschließlich des Toilettenbeckens und der Dusche, wurde extrem heiß. Auch unser privates Schwimmbadwasser wurde ganz heiß anstelle der bequemen warmen Temperatur, die sie ankündigen. Daher mussten wir ihr innere technisches Team mehrmals zu unserer Villa kommen. Sie waren sehr persistent, versuchten ein paar verschiedene Reparaturen, und schließlich wurde das gesamte System bis zum nächsten Tag vollständig korrigiert. Ich muss sagen, das Personal hat die Situation mit enormer Geduld, freundlichkeit und Pflege behandelt. Ihre schnelle, aufmerksame Reaktion machte eine stressige Situation viel einfacher zu behandeln, und sie stellten sicher, dass wir vollständig aufpassen. Meine einzige konstruktive Rückmeldung für das Management ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Als Gast, der eine strenge, karbarme, diabetische Diät verwaltet, fand ich die gesunde Auswahl sehr begrenzt. Die Salatbar hat eine kleine Auswahl und fehlt an grundlegenden gesunden Stapeln wie Olivenöl oder Balsamen-Wein, und fehlen schlanke, unmarinierte Proteine. Ich habe jeden Morgen meine eigene ungeschmackte Sojamilch und Yoghurt in die Speisefläche gebracht. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa großartig. Die 5-star Gastfreundschaft, schöne Lage und hervorragende Service-Erholung von der Mitarbeiter machen es ein Resort, das ich sehr empfehle!

The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Amazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

A beautifully designed hotel with a unique train-inspired theme. The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally. The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking. Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

The hotel is in such a peaceful location!.. surrounded by beautiful nature, and the whole property is amazing to walk around. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. We got a map of the resort, enjoyed cycling, played badminton, and there are plenty of other things to do. The breakfast was genuinely delicious. It’s also a great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Khao Yai National Park

Das Hotel ist schön. Zimmer ist sehr groß mit massivem Balkon. Sehr Privatsphäre. Jede Etage hat nur 3 Zimmer. Jedoch erwartete ich bessere Gastfreundschaft und Service von diesem Hotel auf der Grundlage des Preises, den ich gezahlt habe. Ich kam um 1:30 Uhr, und es wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht so gut für mich war. Ich kam jedoch um 2 Uhr zurück und das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Verschwendern noch 30 Minuten im Lobby. Das Zimmer verfügt über 6 Flaschen Wasser kostenlos, aber andere sind belastebar. Zusätzliche Flasche Wasser ist auch belastebar. Nochmals, Hotel zu diesem Preis ist nur scharf. Ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass alle Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich proaktiv oder aufmerksam waren. Das ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt, und ich habe das gleiche Gefühl. Andere Einrichtungen sind ok. Das Eigentum ist sehr groß. Fahrrad zur Vermietung ist verfügbar. Golfclub ist im Inneren des Eigentums. Andere waren ok, außer Service und Personal-Einstellung muss verbessert werden.

Die Erfahrung für die Unterkunft (Aus unserer direkten Erfahrung) ist, dass die Einreise in die Unterkunft, Check-in, das saubere Zimmer sehen, wichtig, der Duft im Zimmer ist sehr beeindruckend. Kommen Sie nach unten, im Pool des Hotels spielen, wenn Sie zurück ins Zimmer zurückkehren. Zurück zum Duschen Die Wasserströme sehr leicht. So frustriert, wie sauber die Dusche sein kann. Der Wasserheizer funktioniert nicht wieder!!! Deshalb nannte Phong zu kommen und zu sehen, eine vorläufige Korrektur, um die Wasserheizer funktionieren. Mein Mann und sein Kind haben sich eine Dusche genommen. Nachdem gab es noch eine warme Witwe Wasser, so nannte er wieder Phong, kam er zu prüfen und informierte, dass er gebeten hat, die Werkzeuge zu reparieren. Jetzt warten wir auf eine Dusche. Und dann waren wir nass, so gingen wir sitzen und warten Der Balkon ist schon sehr lange weg. Es regnete fast eine Stunde. In dieser Zeit regnete es auch. Wir saßen und warten, bis wir nicht auf dem Balkon standen konnten, es war auch kalt. Wer hat hier gewählt, weil ich zum Lachsbuffet möchte, so habe ich gebucht, 3 Tage und 2 Nächte zu verbleiben, aber ich kann am ersten Morgen, nur Alacarte, am zweiten Morgen, einen Lachs-Sashimi-Buffet erwarten. Kann wieder normal Kein Lachs überhaupt 4. Über den Pool, schauen Sie sich die Bewertungen, dass der Pool warm ist. Aber die Realität, die wir verwendet haben, ist ziemlich kalt nicht warm, wie ich die Bewertungen sah. Ich möchte Sie informieren, um zu verbessern, das Hauptsache ist das Wasser, ich will das Wasser mehr fließen. Check das Zimmer ist bereit zu verwenden? ”Absolut atemberaubend! Die Bergblickzimmer des Hotels sind wirklich erstaunlich. Jeden Morgen auf die schwachen Berge wachzustanden war wie ein Traum zu wahr werden. Well I have some observations on this staycation that I will explain here in two ways. Pros: 1. Excellent natural view compared to the other resorts . 2. Lots of things to do, sunbathing, swimming, playing etc 3. Superb for children to aged people 4. Up to date television including all features like Apple TV, Netflix etc 5. Varieties of breakfast options Corns: 1. Slow service 2. Lack of amenities compared to prices

Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.
