The only down side is you need a vehicle or self rental vehicle . Its really deep in . Far away from pakchong town itself .
The strange charge of 100 baht for a bucket of ice is rather surprising if they are suppose to be a resort with housekeeping
Most places ice service is complimentary for hotel guest.

AAnonymer BenutzerA beautifully designed hotel with a unique train-inspired theme. The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally.
The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming.
The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking.
Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

GGastnutzerI booked three rooms for myself and my guests. The rooms are nice, but there are cockroaches and ants because there are many trees. However, the rooms are pleasant. The receptionist in the morning is great, and the restaurants are good but need more variety. A hotel like this should have a 7-Eleven outside. The evening reception staff are unprofessional. They parked a van with the hotel's name on it in the middle of the road, the driver got out, and blocked the road. I got out to ask them to park in a designated area, but they didn't like what I said. It was really bad. I hope the management will do something about it or at least warn them. April 28th, approximately 10:30 PM

Alle Mitarbeiter sind gewidmet und bieten einen großen Service. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, perfekt für Familien und unstümlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich geliebt!

달달이방9맘Das Personal begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft freundlich! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel! Das Frühstück ist wirklich lecker. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen privaten Pool. Wenn Sie als Familie nach einer Villa mit Verbindungstür fragen, sind die Zimmer getrennt, Sie können aber hin und her gehen, was großartig ist! Es war wirklich schön, in das Restaurant im Resort gehen und mit Freunden Pickleball spielen zu können!

BBearyHKHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!
