Wellnesshotels in Amphoe Pak Chong

The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Die Erfahrung für die Unterkunft (Aus unserer direkten Erfahrung) ist, dass die Einreise in die Unterkunft, Check-in, das saubere Zimmer sehen, wichtig, der Duft im Zimmer ist sehr beeindruckend. Kommen Sie nach unten, im Pool des Hotels spielen, wenn Sie zurück ins Zimmer zurückkehren. Zurück zum Duschen Die Wasserströme sehr leicht. So frustriert, wie sauber die Dusche sein kann. Der Wasserheizer funktioniert nicht wieder!!! Deshalb nannte Phong zu kommen und zu sehen, eine vorläufige Korrektur, um die Wasserheizer funktionieren. Mein Mann und sein Kind haben sich eine Dusche genommen. Nachdem gab es noch eine warme Witwe Wasser, so nannte er wieder Phong, kam er zu prüfen und informierte, dass er gebeten hat, die Werkzeuge zu reparieren. Jetzt warten wir auf eine Dusche. Und dann waren wir nass, so gingen wir sitzen und warten Der Balkon ist schon sehr lange weg. Es regnete fast eine Stunde. In dieser Zeit regnete es auch. Wir saßen und warten, bis wir nicht auf dem Balkon standen konnten, es war auch kalt. Wer hat hier gewählt, weil ich zum Lachsbuffet möchte, so habe ich gebucht, 3 Tage und 2 Nächte zu verbleiben, aber ich kann am ersten Morgen, nur Alacarte, am zweiten Morgen, einen Lachs-Sashimi-Buffet erwarten. Kann wieder normal Kein Lachs überhaupt 4. Über den Pool, schauen Sie sich die Bewertungen, dass der Pool warm ist. Aber die Realität, die wir verwendet haben, ist ziemlich kalt nicht warm, wie ich die Bewertungen sah. Ich möchte Sie informieren, um zu verbessern, das Hauptsache ist das Wasser, ich will das Wasser mehr fließen. Check das Zimmer ist bereit zu verwenden? Bevor Sie Kunden zu bleiben geben ** Gesamt für Personal Gib guten Empfang, reden, weil sehr gut, mannig, beamen. Bei den Kunden gut aufpassen.

Gute Atmosphäre, geeignet für Entspannung, sauber, alles ist gut. Das Frühstück, das von der Buchung empfangen wurde, ist sehr gut, lecker.

Das Personal begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft freundlich! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel! Das Frühstück ist wirklich lecker. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen privaten Pool. Wenn Sie als Familie nach einer Villa mit Verbindungstür fragen, sind die Zimmer getrennt, Sie können aber hin und her gehen, was großartig ist! Es war wirklich schön, in das Restaurant im Resort gehen und mit Freunden Pickleball spielen zu können!

Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.

Das Hotel ist wirklich nett, sauber und komfortabel. Allerdings konnten wir nicht nachts draußen bleiben, weil die lokalen Bauern die Kulturen verbrannten. Die Luftqualität war so schlecht, es war unsere Augen verbrannt. Nicht eine gute Lage

The combination of fog and humidity created a magical ambiance, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The large swimming pool was a welcome addition, offering a refreshing escape on hot days. For those who need to stay productive while traveling, the on-site cafe was a convenient and comfortable place to work. Overall, The Piano Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
